I've noticed that Wrecking Ball is quite unpopular on this forum and I always wondered why. Some people say that he is the weakest skylander, but I believe this is far from the case.

Many complaints about Wrecking Ball stem from the difficulty of controlling the spinning ball attack. Personally, I don't find this attack to be hard to control at all, being a useful asset against melee characters such as Stealth Elf. I find him to be fairly unbeatable by most melee characters, and here's why:

On Ultimate Spinner, Wrecking Ball's Forcefield Ball does 61 damage, enough to severly dent any skylander's health. The sheer speed of the attack combined with the ricochet effect that occurs when colliding with the opponent provides WB with an escape tactic so he can launch the attack again. This combined with the quick charge speed of the attack granted by Ultimate spinner makes WB the ultimate melee killer for me.

What does everyone else think about Wrecking Ball? Do you agree that he is underrated?

He deserves a much bigger fanbase! He's really, really, really, good! People just don't know how to use him properly....

Thank you for that. I feel he really needs more attention than he gets, not just because he is cute.

I'm SO tired of hearing everyone say "Wrecking Ball is underrated. Camo is SO overrated."
It's Wrecking Ball is SO overrated and Camo is underrated.

I love both Wrecking Ball and Camo, but I was under the impression that Wrecking Ball was generally disliked on this forum. I just think he is clearly not the worst skylander as some people say he is.

^ Total Tongue seriously is a contender for worst Skylander, but Ultimate Spinner is far better. Wrecking Ball isn't the only character with a bad path, but people focus on it like it's the end of the world for him when in reality it's just a fun alternative that's mostly harmless in PVP, but enjoyable to play.

Yes, Total Tongue Wrecking Ball is pathetic, I agree. This post is focusing on Ultimate Spinner as it focuses on his only good attack.

everybody also thinks that stink bomb will be very popular.
but i think night shift has some potential to be better than stink bomb.

Everyone knows Jet-Vac is the worst no matter what path he's on. Of course, this is imho

i love he's boss on Ultimate Spinner. his burp attack is cool! such a cute skylander
i understand why people dont like him, he's a bit weak at first but when you upgrade him he's really epic!

I think is a really good skylander.. series 2 wow pow upgrade does 77 damage...I also find camo very good to,as long if you take the right paths on each...i honestly think jet-vac is very weak,and i think is voice was annoying.Jet-vac is super overrated as i think he is the worst skylander...i traded mine off for a s1 ignitor and spyro

Wrecking Ball is actually pretty story with his spinner and belch but, his tongue is not as good but if you press the primary attack button fast you can deal allot of damage and he can get Inhuman Shields without going behind them! So he isn't that weak like people say.........

He is a pretty cool skylander, it's the burp that got my attention on wrecking ball in ssa
