I just never see anyone talking about a series 2 dino-rang or having the urge to collect him. He has decent attacks and hp, and he's Australian to boot. Why is Dino-Rang so under valued?

Perhaps its not that he himself in uncool, its just the others are so much cooler? My brother actually bought him and uses him quite alot.

He is in my top 10 list...I use him alot...Viking hat goes perfect on him..

He was the first skylander i ever played with.

I would love to have a S2 Dino-Rang, as he was my favorite Earth character from SSA.

I just started gtting SSA figs (we started with Giants) and Dino-Rang instantly became a favorite. He's actually fairly fast, his boomerangs rock! and he's got a great personality (something missing from a lot of the "lost 8")

He is definitely one of my favorites. I was disappointed when he didn't come back in Giants.

He is my 4th favorite SSA character. Behind Boomer, Trigger Happy and FlameSlinger.
Boomer is the best... Like my son says "Poopin out bombs is fun".

Boomer has no pants... just the hair from his beard. That's just weird

He's one of my 5 favourite SSA Skylanders, and I use him alot, I mean, when he gets the armor, he just looks awesome

The only earth Skylander I have is Bash, and that's because all the Dino-Rangs and Prism Breaks at my store were gone when I looked for an Earth element. Still on the hunt for Dino-Rang, but I'm saving money for Gates to Infinity so I'm going to wait for a while to look for him.

Before I joined this forum, I thought Dino-Rang was a great character. Then I read how people do not show love for him. I love using him because he is great for long range attacks.

In our house Dino-Rang is the first character to go through new Heroic Challenges... when Ninjini came out last week he was our first Skylander with all 50 heroics completed. Much love in our house for Wooly Gang!

I succumbed and bought this guy for about 15 bucks. Too much epic has been seen that cannot be unseen. He arrives today in the mail. Can't wait to spring him on my kid.

Boomer, however, is never going to happen for 40 bucks for a used skylander (what he appears to be going for on Ebay). It's sad cuz my boy's favorite skylander is Pop Fizz and Boomer reminds me of Pop so I think he'd go over well. But 40 bucks is just way over the top for one of these things. It's not even a special limited edition ones...just one of the regular characters. Yeesh.

Before I got Flashwing, Dino-Rang was my favourite Earth Skylander. He is still one of my favourite characters. I'd like to see him reposed in the next game with him wearing his Obsidian armour (His armour upgrade on his Earthen Avenger path).

Since green is my favorite color, I tend to gravitate towards the green Skylanders. Dino-Rang is definitely in my Top 3.

He's very strong and once hes upgraded his attacks are really good. hes one of my favourites

Ah, Dino-Rang, I hated him before I upgraded him, now I love him.
Why?
- Highest armor in the game on Earthen Avenger.
- VERY powerful ranged attacks.
- Boomerang Finesse can be used to sneak attack enemies.
- StoneFist Traps are pretty powerful and useful.
- Boomerang Shield is powerful.

And, not to mention, mine has a partially unpainted base!

I love Dino Rangs attacks. He was one of my first 7 Skylanders and I fell in love with him. A lot better than a lot of the characters.

One thing that it might be is how different the character looks in toy form and in-game. People may like one, but not the other, and the dichotomy may drive them away from him.

Alternatively, players may not like the pairing of a dinosaur and boomerangs. When I think of dinosaurs, I think of powerful monsters...and using boomerangs kind of reduces that power. I would rather have him doing tail attacks or biting things.

Finally, as far as projectiles go, boomerangs just aren't that interesting. You've got character's that shoot nuts, lasers, explosives, exploding fruit, tornadoes, etc...and compared to all that, boomerangs just aren't that flashy.

Those are my guesses at least. I like Dino-Rang, but he's far from my favorite.

Dino-Rang (Grand Boomerang Master) is the best Earth guy I have when he's in the arena. He beat ,,,and LC easily.

I personally like the BOOM BAH GON and BA GULLY WULLY he makes when throwing boomerangs.
