Angela giggled,"Why?"
"Only when we say something that is true do we get a response like that~" Ash said
"Which means you must like Miss Keira~" Angela said
"I don't blame him, she is rather attractive." Ash added

Nirin brought his face up from the palm of his gloved hand when Tessa spoke, and sat up to answer her question in a more polite manner.
"That would depend on how bored you are." he stated, before hearing another voice quite nearby. He flicked his ears a tad, shoving a yawn back down his throat as he sat back in the chair he sat on.
'That's some loud music.' he thought, able to clearly hear Tessa's blasting music from this distance. Having the hearing of a hare wasn't very fun, as sounds were magnified so much it was almost too loud for him sometimes to just walk around in a busy street without wearing earbuds to help drown out the noise. Thankfully for him, this wasn't a street and he didn't need earbuds.
"Why do you ask?" Nirin inclined his head a bit, curious.

"I am incredibly bored, and I thought that I could talk to you..." Tessa said, turning down her music so that it did not bug Nirin. "And talking to you means I get a short escape from the twins because they know how easy it is to irritae you bunny-boy..."

"You doo~" Ash and Angela sung

Michael reached the table and stopped. "You guys bored too?" He asked before draping his jacket on the back of a chair and sitting down.

Nirin gave a slight puff of amusement, My fuse has been a bit short recently hasn't it?" He turned his head to face Michael, giving a nod to him.
"Yeah, the night shift was taken already so we pretty much have nothing to do."

ooc: if you want, but since there's character interaction and we need to wait on blinkthecookie, it might be better to wait a bit.

"Short? That is almost an understatement." Tessa said, smiling a little wider. Her blue eyes sparkled behind her glasses. "I don't mind bored compared to being annoyed by the twins..." she said to Michael.

"Do too~" Ash said.
Angela blinked,"Jaaake~ Can you tell us a story?" she asked

"I guess you're in luck. Seems they're bothering someone else." He chuckled.

OOC: Logging off for the night. Night everybody!

"Alright, pretty much non-existent." Nirin smiled, agreeing he'd been getting frustrated by them more easily as of recently. He lifted his ears a bit, wiggling them, "I can hear them over there nagging another poor guy. Having this kind of hearing isn't all bad, I can hear them walking up from across the room if I'm paying attention."

Angela sighed,"O-okay..." she said quietly, her wings drooped a little and she looked incerdibly sad. "I... I guess we will leave you alone..." hr voice was slowly getting softer and sadder. Ash looked sadly at his sister, and then back at Jake.

Tessa nodded and then smiled cheekily at Michael,"So how've you been cutie?" she asked. She had aquired a habit of calling most of the guys cutie.

"About the same as everyone else, I suppose." He responded, leaning back in his chair. "How a bout you?"
It was awkward being called 'cutie', but Michael ignored it.

Angela walked off, leaving her brother there next to Jake.
"Great... this will take a while for her to snap out of...." Ash said, a dark tone to his voice

"Pretty good... though i could have been better, but that is probably how it is with everyone..." Tessa said, still smiling

OOC: Nicole was in her bunk anyway. I'm not sure of that would be in a room near your charcaters or not.

Aydeen sighed and shuffled her feet. There was nothing to do now except go back to bed. She crept quietly back to her bunk.

Nirin reclined into the chair comfortably, his blonde hair hanging out of his face has he relaxed against the back of his seat. He started thinking a bit about the entire situation that pretty much the whole world had been thrust into, and how this resistance force probably wouldn't stop it all.
"It'll end, but how soon..." muttered the pink-eared man under his breath, a bit wrapped up in thinking. He hadn't even notice Aidan walking towards them until just now, when he realized there were footsteps approaching. Lifting his head, Nirin raised his ears and turned to face Aidan.

Michael looked in the direction Nirin was, noticing his shift in attention. "Come to join the party?" He asked.

Tessa smiled at Aidan,"And another joins..." she said sweetly as she brushed a lock of hair out of her face. As soon as she moved her hand away from the hair it fell rght back to where it had been

Nirin shrugged and went back to reclining into his chair.
"As much awesome fun patrols are," he said with sarcasm, "you'd think they've have something for the day-patrols to do in the evenings."

Nirin tilted his head back to talk to Aidan.
"Nothing much, just reflecting on how the day patrols have literally nothing to do in the night and evening. Honestly, they should change that." he commented, frowning, "You know you're doing something wrong when you have people with no tasks for, like, eight hours."

Nicole emerged into the fray, dressed halfway and looking aggrivated. Erin stood a few feet behind her, whistling nonchalantly.
"Hey," she ranted. "I sent rat-face in here like half an hour ago to ask about me getting back on nighttime duties. When am I getting an answer?"

Nirin flicked an ear, hearing Nicole pipe up. He sighed, wondering why she didn't just get up and do it herself. With a shrug, he replied to her, "Why not ask Kiera yourself and get an immediate answer?"

"...Wait, what?" Nirin gave Aidan a look of half confusion and half disbelief, "I didn't think these ears would be giving out already, for a second there I thought you said she was half-naked..."

"So what?" Nicole asked. "It's a free country- or- was at one point, will be again eventually. We're all teammates, and it's not like I'm in lingerie."
And indeed she wasn't, as her choice of undergarments involved men's boxers and a sports bra.

"I'd be a bit worried if you were in lingerie." Nirin huffed, and went back to reclining in his chair. He shook his head a bit, and had half a mind to just walk away, "But still, talk to Kiera yourself for an immediate answer."

Tessa was smiling a little, rather amused with what was going on around her. "This certainly is an interesting bunch of people..." she mumbled. Angela walked up to Tessa and hugged her, she was not in the mood to talk.

"Maybe I will," Nicole huffed, storming over to Kiera and making a futile attempt to disguise her aggrivation.
Erin, who was fully dressed, stayed where she was. She shook her head and addressed the group.
"I'm sorry, you guys. She's gets like this sometimes. Her parents didn't hug her very much."

Meanwhile, Aydeen had come back to the room, having been unable to sleep. She stood about, searching for her opportunity to enter in a conversation.

"Well, you know, when you're too lazy to go and get your own stuff settled there's something a bit wrong." Nirin yawned lazily, and sighed, "and seriously, half clothed...?" with a long sigh and a shake of his head, he moved on with the conversation. He faced Aidan, "Your patrol was alright this morning?"

I watch Kiera close but scan all my surroundings. I will not allow anything to get by me. With my back to the way no one is going to sneak up on me from behind. My eyes glint as I observe all that is going on in silence.
