Do you really care about how soon you get a new figure that comes out or do you have a lot of patience?

That depends on the figure! I was quite anxious to pick up Thumpback, so I did go out of my way, plus when I was collecting SSA figures, I was extremely keen on getting the less, procurable ones.

For the likes of Ninjini and the remaining Lightcores/S2 reposes, I'll want them, but I'm going to wait until they're more readily available.

I only care that I don't spend a lot of time hunting. A byproduct of that is getting them early of course, but I just want it to be over quick. If I can, I order online to save hunting altogether, and don't mind waiting for the toys to arrive even if they are out in stores before they get to our house. That's about as accurate as I can describe it.

i dont particularly care how quickly i get it, its just a matter of knowing that i 'can' get it, for example im only getting one of each character so even after giants was out i was only buying SSA characters that i knew were not out in giants to ensure i got them before they stopped supplying them, now im fully caught up to wave three so i can leisurely get the wave 3 figures now, i just picked up thumpback yesterday and ill probably get another in a weeks time.

ill never buy anything on ebay thats 2-3x + the price for the figure that i know will be coming out and i will have no trouble picking it up for later at normal pricing.

I love the hunting. I get fearful that something will become rare if I wait too long like S2 Slam Bam. I WILL NOT buy from a third party for a penny over retail even if my actions alone can't stop scalpers.

I care. Mainly because the sooner I find a figure. The sooner I can film an unboxing and put it on Youtube before anyone else.

I care because it's one less thing to worry about looking for.

I'm with ya on S2 Slam Bam--I only saw him within the first two weeks of release, and not since...my guess is he will show back up in a bit with some restocking...so never fear. Same thing happened with Fright Rider, and now that he's released in a 3-pack his singles are coming back as well.

For me, it's about getting it as efficiently as possible. As an adult having a diversion searching for them is cool every now and again but life's too busy for it otherwise. As a result, I wait for stock online to become available---which is usually within a month of release. I was johnny on the spot this week b/c it happened to work out for me, but how I just described it is the norm for me in my household.

Because being first on YouTube is what's most important. YouTube has its uses. Unboxing of Skylanders is not one of them IMO.

Only reason I care is to not hunt. It grows wearisome.

If I really like them, I'll get the figure quickly. But I won't spend lots of gas, time, or extra money. If I have to pay another 5-10 bones to get a figure from amazon I like, I stomach it. Other than that.....I can always wait it out.

Not worried, I can play with other figures and/or games while I wait, the only one I was ever that worried about was Sprocket who I got about three weeks before release here anyway.

Not really, since I usually don't have a problem with being patient.... sometimes. I was waiting for Dino-Rang to show up, and I finally got him yesterday morning.

What I am really anxious to get is the Jade Flashwing, Molten Hot Dog, Ninjini, and the S2 Zook. I sincerely need to get the Zook and Ninjini, but the others will be a ton harder to find if I don't find them soon.

I used to be super obsessive to the point where I'd get upset if I couldn't find a recently released one right away. Now I just go into stores with a "eh, they do or they don't" attitude. My stores are almost always emptied out when I actually really work on looking for figures so I've gotten lax since SSA.

I'd rather it be done quick and easy, but my area's not really conducive to that. The wait's the worst part.

I can't seem to get my mind out of "S:SA Mode" since you really had to be on top of shipments last year, or not seeing them for months. This game has not had any of those headaches, but now I have learned that I enjoy getting them ASAP. I will never pay more than $5 over retail (shipping) to get a figure early.

I'm hunting figures that I really want like Thumpback or Sprocket but I'm waiting for a bit boring ones for excample Hot Dog.But the best thing is when I find new ones without searching them like Flashwing Hot Head or Polar Whirlwind.
