So whats the word on wether or not these (and the Toy Fair Chop Chop) appear as 'Special' in Giants and as seperate characters in Universe?

Completely disagree. I'm guessing you haven't been around long enough to see all of the pics he has posted. His pic of Chrome Spyro is still the best I've seen anywhere, and that's just one of many.
