my flashwing's mouth is a little weird. what should i do? i already openened her, but barely used her. should i get a new one or keep her? I will post a pic soon.

I had 2 giants figs that a got and repurchased

1 was fright rider, my daughter grabbed our 1st one and he is in a wierd/neat pose where the mount is rearing up. I like it better then the norm but it always bothered me because it wasnt norm. So after I was caught up on releases back before wave 3 I grabbed a new one.

The other one I rebought was hex repose I had a bit of a time finding her so when I found her she was the last 1 at walmart and grabbed her. Didnt notice til I opened her that the skull orb above her head was poorly connected and partialy open. Right around xmas they had tons of her so I rebought.

So it depends on if it is a real big deal to you or not, I have some other figs that have a slight paint error or arnt lined up on there base exactly right, but those dont bother me.

Does it really matter? How bad is the problem exactly. I'll be able to judge properly once I see some pictures on this thread, posted by the OP.

While this seems silly, is there a quality problem with some figures?
My Swarm has visible damage that has been painted over from new.
There are chips/scratches in his body and the coloring has been added over the top leaving 'dents' in him.
Also, the wings are not straight or fitted well and there are obvious super glue 'stains' around where the wings are fitted.

It was almost like a repaired S/H figure but I bought it brand new sealed!
I can't imagine the shop wanting take back an opened figure for such minor defects but it is impossible to see it all when packaged.

Do Activision replace figures if they are like this?
