I tried. Added him to my cart. When I tried to checkout, I had to either enter "my" Zip to find a store to pick it up, or to calculate shipping. When I tried to enter my Canadian Postal Code in either, I just got an error that a Zip code was required.

So I'd guess No. smilie

Tried searching Molten Hot Dog on the Canadian site, got "You search for 'molten hot dog' returned 0 results."

We were first for Legendary Lightcore Chill, guess that helps accept that we're not among the first to get Molten Hot Dog. smilie

Perhaps going to a Walmart in person would be more informative?
