Hey guys, still fairly new to the forum and Skylanders in general but had a suggestion: how about a sub forum strictly where people can post and report about sales on Skylanders they find? I've noticed this week that several stores have sales going on but that those posts about it are scattered throughout this forum. Would be a lot more convenient if we could just go to one place for that. While I'm here, thanks for having an awesome community that taught noob me so much about the Skylanders culture in such a short time!

Whoops, sorry didn't even notice that until now! And oh yeah? Hopefully it can be done, would help out me and I'm sure a lot of people when out and about and want to check current sales from my phone :-/

At first I thought you meant a buy/sell forum, and was going to lecture you about why that would be a bad idea >:3

So basically you'd like if there was a big general sale lookout thread? Or is the problem that the sale threads being bumped down quickly by other topics?

I'm down for a lecture on the subject. I've been asking for months why there is no buy/sell section, and even went directly tro Dark on the matter and got no response. So I'd love to hear the reasoning behind this.

Haha yep, a big general sale lookout thread. Something ONLY for sales like what's going on at multiple stores this week. Its kind of a hunt right now to go through the general Toys and Merchandise topic to find them, and it's even harder right now with multiple stores going on. A sample topic list could look something like this:

"Feb 24th - March 1st: Buy one get one free at Toys R Us USA"
"Feb 24th- Feb 27th: Starter pack sale on Amazon.com"

Of course those are just examples and I made those up. But the general idea is, if someone sees a sale going on they could quickly and efficiently communicate it in an easy to find spot.

If someone wants to start and maintain a sales thread and can prove that there is a viable interest, I will help out by trying to get this stickyed. It is a subject that is worthy of being a sticky and easy for users to find. My concern is that attempts at this topic have not done well before and quickly fall to the bottom of the page (indicating lack of interest or material to add). I am also concerned that the number of users world wide would make the thread or topic difficult to navigate or get actually helpful information from.

If someone can prove that this subject is viable a sticky will happen
