I agree that the rockets do not fall too slow to be useful, but I disagree that the bullet upgrade is the only upgrade worth buying on I beam supreme. The I beam actually becomes very useful with the two upgrades for it.

NEWS FLASH: WRONG!!!! IT IS!! It's even slower how you have to use the Targeting Computer to actually get a lot of use from the rockets. Even if they were fast, they leave you vulnerable in close range and aren't really worth upgrading for PvP or Boss Battles.

Here are my recommended paths in PvP for all except Ninjini:
Pop Fizz: Best of the Beast (The damage is insane) Spyro: Blitz Spyro (45 damage and stun is pretty good) Double Trouble: Channeller (Chuck Norris approves of this path) Voodood: Marauder (Great melee damage and zipline give mobility) Wrecking Ball: Ultimate Spinner (High spin damage and mobility) Thumpback: Anchors A-Yay! (Great long range melee and combos) Chill: Ice Lancer path (Good spammable attack) Zap: Tesla Dragon (Both paths suck: Zap is downright awful) Slam Bam: Blizzard Brawler (Great melee damage) Wham Shell: Captain Crustacean (Poseidon Strike is crazy powerful) Gill Grunt: Water Weaver (Infinite water really helps) Bouncer: I beam supreme (Laser mines are fantastic) Sprocket: Operator (Combos are good and mines can be laid down quickly) Trigger Happy: Golden Money Bags (Decent lobbing move, however T-Happy just sucks.) Drobot: Master Blaster (He is broken as hell) Drill Sergeant: Megadozer (Excellent speed and better Auto-Blaster) Boomer: Demolition Troll (Lay down bombs like nobody's business) Hot Head: Burninator (Infinite fire helps a lot) Hot Dog: Burning Bow Wow (Pyro Pinwheel rocks and combos are great) Sunburn: Flame Lord (Racks up damage well) Eruptor: Volcanor (Eruption does epic damage) Ignitor: Soul of the Flame (No question. Destroys slow opponents and everyone else) Flameslinger: Marksman (Triple arrows helps a lot) Tree Rex: Treefolk Charger (Powerful elbow drop and charge) Shroomboom: Barrier Boost (His mushrooms are good as they are) Zook: Floral Defender (Covers everything with cacti) Stealth Elf: Pook Blade Saint (Insane melee damage and great speed) Stump Smash: Nut Crafter (Compliments Wow Pow) Camo: Melon Master (If you get it right, it hurts your opponent very much) Eye-Brawl: Eye for an eye (Ignitor-esque tactics make him supreme) Fright Rider: Sir Lance a Lot (Combos are great and melee damage kills) Chop Chop: Undead Defender (Works great with Wow Pow) Cynder: Shadow Dancer (Ghosts left everywhere rack up damage) Hex: Bone Crafter (She can set up a barrier and bomb with skulls) Ghost Roaster: Skull Master (Excellent damage) Swarm: Barbarous Avenger (Good melee and escape tactics) Jet-Vac: Bird Blaster (He’s a bit awful either way) Whirlwind: Tempest Dragon (Clouds do heavy damage) Sonic Boom: Medea Griffin (Baby upgrades really help) Lightning Rod: Lightning Lord (Grand Lightning has great damage) Warnado: Eye of the Storm (Mini-turtles are good projectiles) Crusher: Hammer path (Heavy hammer damage and combos are great) Flashwing: Super Shards (Very good spamming move) Bash: Granite Dragon (Damage is just unfair) Prism Break: Crystaleer (He needs those triple crystals) Dino-Rang: Grand Boomerang Master (Boomerang shield is very powerful) Terrafin: Sandhog (He can basically hide from everything)

Not anymore, he's better now with his Wow Pow on Tesla Dragon (But not on Slime Serpent) Both paths are bad, because the ball is still impossible to control properly I'd rather go for the Potion Path, the Beast Form is short-ranged and takes too long. While I do agree that the laser path is better, he's not broken anymore. His rate of fire has been chipped and doesn't fire as fast it use to, plus everyone's health cap has increased. Even Trigger Happy has around 500 health now. The damage for the arrows only increase like 4 and 3 arrows still don't benefit much, Pyromancer is better because of the burning patches left by the falling arrows. I used to think Barrier Boost is better, but I hate it now because of the digging upgrade. Yes you can't be hurt while underground, but you can't attack anyone either and you don't even get a speed boost. Paramushroom Promotion's better because you can shoot both the paratroopers and normal mushrooms at the same time. Vine Virtuso is better (though only slightly) because the Melons ROLL before exploding now and they can get popped by projectiles. The combos are great, but the Flock of Fury SUCKS and the damage for the spear and beak attacks only increase by 13. Both paths are good, but Joust Jockey makes him insanely fast and his 360 spin attack is good for extra damage. Fear Eater is better because you can only bite your opponent once while in Skull Form and 2 upgrades don't work in PvP on Skull Master (except on people with Barriers like Zook) I agree that neither path is dominant, but there is NO way Bird Blaster is better. The super shot doesn't work at all in PvP and the "maximum" damage for the gun only increases by 4. The Corkscrew helps knockback opponents and the Mulcher really helps in close range sometimes. No, there is NO way Rock Grinder is better than Rubble Master. 1. The combos stink and have a poor aim, they also do around the same damage as his primary combo. 2. The damage for the hammer only increases by 10. 3. The Ground Grinders are still worthless. 4. The Hammer is still too slow to strike and is very clunky, not worth upgrading at all, even with the High Damage. Rubble Master is better because it makes him a bit more speedy and with the +40 armor (that looks really stupid) and his Extremely High HP, he's as hard as a ROCK! You can barely touch him in PvP with all that armor, as long as you do a ton of armor heroics with him.

Yall are missing out on prism break. His prismmancer path with wowpow is broken. Try and see. Crystalear is NOT the path to go. And hes faster than people admit. Hes banned in our house because it is so easy to spam that super beam, and it has great range. Hes definetly broken. 5 hits and your dead is a little unfair.

^ Not really, his armor's pretty low without Crystaleer and on crystaleer with the Wow Pow, you can IMMEDIATELY drop Crystals where the pulse lands 1 second after you use it. It's easier to land it on Crystaleer since you drop 3 crystals.
So nope, Crystaleer is definitely the superior path.

Neither path is amazing, but Flame Lord is better for it.

WRONG!! It does matter because of his low versatility (relies too much on one attack), average health, and extremely low speed (he's the slowest-moving normal skylander); Crystaleer is recommended for better defense and more versatility.
Prismancer's problems in PvP are fast projectile characters like Series 2 Gill Grunt, Swarm (also elemental advantage), Zap, Hot Dog, Series 2 Drill Sergeant (despite the elemental disadvantage, can still beat him because he's faster and has better armor), Tree Rex, Flashwing, and Spyro. The beam does a lot of damage in PvP, but it's just medium-ranged and it makes him soooo slow, and he's slow enough already. You're probably playing Crystaleer wrong, you're wasting your life playing Prismancer. I told you it's possible to instantly drop the crystals after shooting the pulse (it's easier to nail it on Crystaleer) for extra damage, even more than Prismancer. Rapidly tap the Attack 2 Button after firing the pulse. My video shows it:

Everytime i play against prism i get blowed away. Its hard to get away from that beam. Only takes a few hits and your dead. My son couldnt beat me with anyone except him. Ithought double trouble, stealth elf or eyebrawl would put him away. Only hex will beat him with the skull buddy consistently. At 100 points average it dont take long to lose. I cant keep away even with my speed up on those characters. He doesnt haveto be close to hit you. It spams really easy. If i never lost until i got him for my son, he must be good. Its the only one i lose to. Prism is definitely cheap.

Let me ask you something; where the competitors both at level 15 with no hats, you and your opponent are both equally skilled, equally upgraded, an equal amount of heroics, no powerups enabled, and in random arenas? Because if they weren't, it was not a fair match and of course he was going to win. Heroics and hats do in fact make a difference.
Didn't you see how AWESOME how I was in that video I just posted? It shows a cool trick you can do more effectively on Crystaleer than on Prismancer, it's not as effective because it only drops 1 crystal at a time. Why don't you actually watch it to better understand what I was talking about and then try the trick yourself? He is definitely not overpowered on either path (Crystaleer is still superior though), he is still too slow and lacks defense, even slower when using the beam. He got annihilated by Series 2 Gill Grunt, Swarm, Flashwing, Spyro, and many others because they are faster and better ranged than he is, with equal heroics I might add. Fast ranged characters are Prismancer's weakness, although one slow projectile character Stump Smash obliterated him because of his higher DPS. It's also worth noting that out of all the normal-sized skylanders, Prism Break has the lowest speed. He moves so slowly even Double Trouble and Eruptor can outrun him. He is the 2nd slowest guy in the game next to Eye-Brawl.

Im cant use prism because i bought him for my oldest son. We only use the skylanders we pick for ourselves. And we only buy one of each. I was upgraded. He has done none of heroics. And he only beats me with that beam. The other path is cooler but that beam seems more efficient. If i go toe to toe its over quick. Mybest guys are DT,stealth elf and Eyebrawl. And they dont dominate against prism like i thought thay would. I would say im head and shoulders better than my son at playing games, so thats how i know prism has a little bit of cheap to him if i cant beat him consistently with my top guys who i dominate everyone else with.

Not really, those guys aren't even that good besides Eye-Brawl.
Double Trouble is slightly cheap, but there are plenty of characters better than he is, he's just the easiest one to use. He has low HP and is almost if not equally as slow in prism break. Stealth Elf isn't really cheap anymore and isn't that good, she has extremely low armor and is short-ranged, so of course she'd get hit by the Pulse. I really can't imagine Eye Brawl getting beaten by Prism Break when both are evenly matched, especially not on an Eye for an Eye path. As long he spams his lasers and eye-crawlers, there's no way would stand a chance at a far away disatance. REAL cheap guys are Terrafin, Stump Smash, Swarm, and Chop Chop.

The only arenas too small to get away from him are Aqueduct and Metal Hive, he's not really that good in all the others. He's hopeless in Wheel of Power and Icicle Isles. B. So? The obstacles also interfere with the beam so he can't hit you either. It doesn't go through walls or anything like Cynder's Lightning Breath.

The characters that I find broken at MY house(yes mine, don't try to convince me otherwise) are Double trouble, Swarm, Whirlwind(Tempest dragon),Zook(floral defender), Tree rex, Thumpback, Eye brawl and Wrecking ball(Ultimate spinner, and only in my brother's hands, he mains as him) I can't quite imagine Prism break with the wow pow on Prismancer beating all of them, except for maybe Whirlwind and Tree rex. The pulse power wow pow seems like a pretty over the top idea, as it's damage is insane, and it seems very abusable, just like Chop chop's and Stump smash's wow pow.

And how are you guys even playing Eye Brawl and is he even fully upgraded? What path is he on? I really can't imagine Prism Break beating him on Eye for an Eye or Eye Brawler with armor heroics done, keep in mind that the eye has rapid fire laser that go WAY longer than his beam, the eye takes no damage from the attacks as long as the Giant is far, far away. The eye crawlers also keep popping up rapidly and do an additional 12 damage.

Im a smarter gamer than my son and use all kinds of strategies, but when i go up against him ican only winn consistently with hex and her cheap skull buddy. I even went out and bought drobot because i heard he was awesome at range. But damage is low and thruster is hard to steer. So people, if you want to dominate get prism break and spam the beam on prismmancer path. I promise you you will win more than you lose. So easy a 10 year old can do it. I know from experience! I doubt it, your son seems better than you say, or maybe you're wrong: Your son maybe better than you instead of the other way around, and you're just fighting him incorrectly with the wrong strategies. Even though I annihilated my older cousin so many times with Prismancer (with only one 1 upgrade) and he hasn't lost once, it doesn't mean he is broken because the rivals she picked weren't that good and aren't broken, plus I'm somewhat better than her at the game considering how I beat her quite a lot. He's awesome on Prismancer, but is still better on Crystaleer because what he lacks is defense and he is extremely slow. Like I said, his weakness is fast projectile characters or ones who can deal damage just as fast due to his low armor. He's not really broken on either path. Series 2 Stump Smash and Terrafin are REAL examples of broken guys, I recommend them instead of since they are stronger and much more fun for me. Prism Break is awesome, but he's too much of a wild card and is not for beginners, hold off on getting until you buy at least 10 more skylanders, starting with Series 2 Gill Grunt!

As said earlier, you might've taken Eye Brawl on the wrong path or might be using the wrong strategies. Everytime I put Eye Brawl up against somebody, he obliterates and kills everyone in his path. What level is Eye Brawl but what path did you take him on? If you happened to take the Eye Brawler path then that might be the problem. Reset him and take him on the Eye for an eye path. I took that and he kills all his foes in PVP and story. If you took him on the Eye for an eye path, you might need to change tatics on how you battle Prism Break in Skylanders. He is roughly an easily beatable character if you have the right strategies.

Prism Break and Thumpback? NO WAY!!!
Prism Break is far too slow and defenseless to stand a chance against on Eye for an Eye, and Thumpback's anchor is pretty slow and doesn't work well around walls. He's like the strongest Giant right now alongside Barberous Avenger Swarm, he's also one of my few characters who don't die so easily in Nightmare Mode. Pretty much anyone with low HP (normal sized guys are weaker for Nightmare except in certain bosses and Arena Challenges, because they are smaller and harder to hit) or weak armor is doomed in there.
