Hot Head looks identical to Magmortar? [CLOSED]

Has anyone else noticed that the Skylander Giant Hot Head looks suspiciously similar to Pokemon's Magmortar, the evolution of Magmar?

They look similar but defintly not identical.

May be same model? Gamemakers tend to do that. If you've played Year of the Dragon you'd see that Bianca and Tara have the same model. Same thing may have happened here I don't know what I'm saying

The only thing I can see that's similar is the fire theme and cannon hands. There's no way that Hot Head was based on that,considering he's meant to be a Golem/Elemental on fire, and Magmortar is based on a duck and the Salamander.

They kinda look identical and they do have many similarities. It's cool. Very interesting it is.
