I keep wanting to think that the light will flow through both parts of her javelin, but I guess none of us will know unless someone posts a pic of her in the dark, from a side angle, with no flash.

If I get her before anyone else here in the US, I guess it's up to me to make a video and show her off.

sadly it doesn't travel to the top of the javelin, it barely covers the bottom half

If they can't make this technology any better than this, then I think they need to stop doing it. They're starting to look stupid.

I think they need to cast the characters into a more translucent plastic or choose bulkier characters that can support wires farther up for the lights. Jet vac is a perfect example of a good LC- the character is relatively thick and they were (i assume) able to get the wires up into the gun and the chest to make the lights glow the best out of any of the LCs so far.

Eruptor in turn is a bad example of this: one little light in his mouth, even though he's a bulky character that could have more than likely benefited with a translucent figure so the lights could light up his lava lines all over his body.

Chill is way too thin of a figure, especially around the arms, which is probably why they decided to just have the bottom part of the javelin light up, conveniently the part that is resting on the base where the light probably is.

^ Drobot's Lightcore is much worse than Eruptor's though, at least Eruptor looks cool in the Dark. His mouth looks like a haunted jack-o-lantern or something.

Drobot is pretty much the worst lightcore so far, his afterburner (the part that seems to light up) has the most dim effect out of all of them, they could've made his eyes and wings light up instead.

Drill Sergeant (his auto blaster or maybe his whole body) and Sprocket (that blaster thing on her arm and her goggles) would've made better effects.

Got lucky got one on ebay...Im one of those people that cant wait for release dates..lol

Can you not post a pic of her in the dark, Zook? I have a feeling her javelin would fully glow, but you have to look at it from the side, where the light isn't shining in your face, from being in the base. Oh, I got rhymes. *puts in gold tooth and pulls pants down to his knees*

agreed that LC Drobot is pretty worthless. We'll probably give ours to our nephew once we get a regular S2. Eruptor is kinda cool though, especially if you slowly bring him towards the portal, it looks like he's about to lava barf. Sure it could have been done better, but overall, I'm satisfied with the effect (although we will probably give that one away as well and just not bother with LC as part of our collection)

Tried dropping by the TRU in Montreal (West Island, on St. Jean), they had a good selection, larger display area than usual, but completely out of LLC Chill. I even asked, the guy said they got them Thursday and sold out by the weekend (jeez, it's only Monday!). He even said this woman grabbed like 10. I said I thought scalpers were usually guys. He said she was older, buying them for her grandchildren. I still call scalper.

Could SOMEBODY post a video, or at least a picture, of LLC Chill's Golden Narwhal???

How's the stock on her in most places? Do you think she'll be around until Saturday?

they shud have just just placed the led light on the palm of her hands that holds the weapon and shield rather than the base at tip of the weapon. hers and drobots LC really are really disappointing. drobots shud have been lit by its head also or the blasters wings. -.- hopefully the LC in SSF will be much be better this time around.
