does 3 wave reach europe ? the wave with thumpback eyebrawl lightning rod, cynder stealth elf etc.

^It has, at least in Ireland. I was with my brother at Gamestop and I saw eye brawl and the scorpion striker battle pack.

All wave 3 except Light shroomboom is out in UK, when you say Europe which country do you mean?

Europe is a big place. Sweden (and thus I) got wave three stuff at the very end of January
