"You are not leaving until the Doc. says." Rainbow Dash said walking from Starlight's bedside to Sicolus, "Plus the medic implied you stay in bed for a few days.

"Oh." Gift Wing closed the small book to place it on the bed rail, "What is it?" he looked over to her. He was laying in a bunk across from her(on the opposite wall).

OOC: ok, Gulaven will issue her orders if he doesn't tell somepony to find her. So just start anywhere for now.

Amber Rain was trotting quietly around near the holding cells, staring at the floor as she walked. She never really liked communicating with the others, so a lot of them never really took any notice of her. Amber used this as an opportunity to observe everything. She knew more than even some of the higher end workers.

"Well I was going to another room when I bumped into him and he spilled some kind of cemical on himself" Rose explained

"Well I might have done that but someone flipped my bed and now it has blood all over it and as much as I like blood, I don't like soggy beds. Truthfully I would much rather sleep on the floor."(ooc:where is dinorang?)

OOC: Fighting, accidents, and stagnation.

OOC: Rose has injured a scientists and is now in a bunk talking to Gift Wing about it. Rainbow Dash and the young guard are dealing with Sicolus. Sage is in the labs with Gulaven, and Amber is wandering the factory awaiting orders.

Gift Wing stood up, "Him? What chemical?" he stopped halfway across the room.

"It's either the floor or the blood ridden bed, which you made yourself. If you choose the bed, I'm not taking responsibility for picking it up after what you did." the guard replied. Rainbow Dash awaited his "cleaver" remark.

(Ooc: you misspelled clever .Sicolus lifted his hoof and opened his mouth as if to say something. He then put his hoof down and said "ya, I got nothing."

"Then do what you are told, and lay down already." Rainbow Dash said with a low tone, but was loud enough to be heard.

Amber shivered as she passed the Extraction Room. She'd never been inside and was thankful for it, but she'd heard enough about it to know how haunting it was. The lavender unicorn wondered if they ever put little ones in the machine.

Feeling sick, she decided to stop thinking about it, and hastened her steps.

Sicolus looked at the young pegasus ordering HIM around. Then he smiled "where, I don't have a decent bed." He could let his pride get the better of him or he could drag this conversation on until somepony loses their temper. 'Im starting to believe it would have been better they let you die in that cell' the voice said. 'I doubt my condition was that critical' sicolus thought back.

The worker with a mechanical rear-leg walked the catwalk above Amber, he stopped to look down as he heard her hoof-steps, "Amber? Are you late for something again?" he asked leading over the rail.

Amber looked up at the worker, her ears slicking back with slight worry.

She smiled a bit uneasily. "Er, n-no actually, not today. I suppose one could say I was early, since I've nothing to do at all at this particular moment." she replied, just loud enough for the worker pony to hear her.

Sage cleared her throat. "Do I have your approval?" She said to him, standing up as straight as possible.

"If the highers think you are suitable, then I mustn't ignore their opinions. I guess you would be useful for a bit longer then." Gulaven replied, "Alright, you need to return to your cell. The highers may trust you, but they don't know you personally."

"Blue... The only blue solutions are bases. Bases don't harm skin, well bleach can kill the pigments in ones skin." he pondered the solution's use.

"You would have a decent bed if you hadn't prevoked anypony." the guard replied.

Sicolus turned to the guard "stabbed, not provoked. It is all in the frame of reference, besides I have a nice bunk in my cell." Sicolus pointed to the door "so if you don't mind you can escort me home now."

"On the doctors orders." he simply replied. The guard finally returned to sitting by the door just as the medic finished cleaning the floor. "I think your supplies should be removed from the room as long as he's here." he reached back on his armor to a lengthy dagger, too long to be a knife, but too short for a sword, and locked it in place.

"Well it looked blue and it burned through his skin" Rose said.

OOC: I was hinting that it wasn't blue, the blue one was the acid reliever, I don't think I added the color for the actual acid.

"Well it's in the past now. Living in the past will only bring about future despair." he stepped closer, "Did you happen to get the ponies name by chance?"

Sicolus turned to the medic "hey doc I'm healthy enough to pick fights and we all know its safer for all of us if I'm not here, so can I go back to my cell now."

ooc: oh sorry that i misunderstood. I thought it was blue

"um I don't think so" Rose answered

"Not him. Doctor Gulaven chose to bring you here. He decides if you leave. Plus I've only been here for five minutes." the guard replied putting his hoof on the floor again.

"Yes, you need to keep still in order for your body to heal faster. Though it could take two days before you are actually ready to move. Your bones need to regain their calcium to seal the cracks." the medic added, "I can change the sheets if you need it."

"Well I guess we'll find out later today then." Gift Wing paused, "Hey, have you ever been to the refinery? I like how those machines work, though I've never handled one myself. I usually watch them form the rainbows on my time off."

OOC2: OH CRAP, SORRY NYGHT!

"Well it looks like somepony was killed by the machines alright, but it doesn't look like an accident or a suicide." Namomo lowered the dismembered leg with a bone that was stuck in the gears before.

Sicolus sighed "fine" his muscles where aching to move to return to his cell, why? He did not know, but harming people here would cause him to stay here longer and gulaven wasn't here so he couldn't make him pay for it. "Change the bucking sheets."

"You're suggesting murder?" Steel asked. "This doesn't seem to be Sicolus' work. Who else would need to kill off a worker?"
Something struck Steel as odd. He didn't quite recall how he knew of Sicolus' style.

"There was a recall on some of the other colors being mixed in small amounts. Like the pony landed quite roughly to make a splash in the colors. The reports were of red in the blue, green, orange and yellow." she flew up to see onto the conveyor belt top where the colors were pressured together by the large machine. "Placed to get crushed by this former." the large hammer-like block dropped down to fuse the rainbow, scaring Namomo, "I hate it when they do that."

"Yes sir." She said and galloped into the stairway, smiling and showing some sharp teeth.

Omega heard some galloping and looked to see Sage. The unicorn watched the other, enthralled in love and happiness for the time she dashed by. She winked at him for a split-second as she stopped before bolting off again. She kicked open the cell doors, enthusiastic. Omega shook his head and walked over to the exterior cell room doors. He sat beside the right door, concentrated on hos job. He still couldnt get the thought of Sage out though, and she distracted him.

"Could you lift it back up properly while I retrieve them." the medic nodded as he walked over to the supply room door.

"Best remove anything from this room that is not needed." the guard then turned to Rainbow Dash, "I'll have another guard come in to take your place. Would hate to get behind on your work."

"Oh, well I'm here for Star"

"I know. I think it's best that you keep to schedule, not all guards have schedules."

Rainbow Dash sat in thought for a little while, picking the box up off the floor by Starlight's bed to place it back in his belt. "I guess I could get some work in so I don't look useless." she walked over to the door, the guard stepped aside to let her out.

"Hey, see if you can get some 'experienced' guards in here." he smiled through his dark helmet.

"Oh, get um what's his name?phyl?bill? The guy with the scar on his cheek I gave him. Or is he dead? I haven't seen him in a while."

"Filler Natch? He's working in the upper levels now. They found him more suitable for factory guests. Protecting the factories merchandise sales." the guard replied, "He is fine, though I'm sure he remembers you well."

Rainbow Dash spotted Omega daydreaming by the stairwell door, "You, guard." she had brought herself back to factory Rainbow Dash, "You are needed in the infirmary," she pointed behind her. "Do you know if anyone will come by anytime(just make something up, it really doesn't matter)?"

Gulaven sighed, "Get me the charts of our inventory. Need to know what to order." he looked around after one of the science ponies left to gain the requested information. "Now... Where is that Amber girl?" he turned to head back toward the stairwell.

"Reminds me of when they fired Glaze." Steel said, tapping his chin. "Caught him drinking raw Spectra. I don't see how anypony could stomach the stuff, knowing where it comes from."

Amber continued to trot along quietly, heading north of the extraction room. Deep in thought, she stared at her hooves as she walked.

"I have been around the refinery. I am head of the color inspecting of the rainbows" Rose said.

"Ope, duh." he tapped his forehead with his hoof, "Its where you got the rainbow thing." Gift Wing sat by her bed, "Should I leave so you can rest, or do you want to just walk it off?"

"I do not recall Glaze. How does one get fired for being able to withstand Spectra?" Namomo, flew back down to Steel.

A pony from a cell on Amber's right steps up to the bars with some mush still on her mouth, "You work for Gulaven right?" she whispered out to her.

Amber paused, only turning her head to look at the pony. "Um, yes..." she said, hesitant.

"Is he different when he's not working? Or is he as bad everywhere else?" she didn't seem to make sense because she was imprisoned and asking such a strange question.

Amber tilted her head, figuring she'd humor the poor pony. "Well, to be honest, I'm not sure I've ever seen him outside of working. I'm sure he acts differently in public."

"Well I've heard he has a son. I was just praying that he doesn't mistreat his own blood." she sat looking to the floor, "C... Can you ask him what his hobbies are. I mean, what he does when he's not here... I mean... Forget it." she looked up wide eyed, "Can I tell you something? He can not know what I've told you." the light green pony raised her head.

Sicolus walked over and flipped the bed back over, cringing when his ribs hurt.

OOC: Spectra?

OOC: Spectra is the "official" name for the color derived from a pony's body. It was first used in the famous 'Rainbow Factory' fanfic written by Aurora Dawn, that was inspired by the same song this RP was. Everything in the fic and its sequel, 'Pegasus Device' are generally accepted as the original Factory canon by the brony/pegasister community.


"Stealing factory products and drinking them out of a wine glass generally isn't received well by Management." Steel responded.

"The things ponies do to be remembered." she added, "Well, I think we should bring this incident to Doctor Gulaven. I'll make a report on this, can you bring the leg." she pointed to it as it rested on the floor.

The medic came back with clean white sheets, "I'll run some soap through the cushion to clear up the remaining blood." he set the sheets down on the counter.

Steel nodded. He stuffed the leg into his tool bag, half the limb sticking out.
"Lead the way."

Sicolus sat down waiting patiently. He wondered how long it would take for the guard to pass out from blood loss. Perhaps if the new guard didn't get here soon enough he would have another chance at escape. He smiled at the thought 'then I can pay gulaven's family a visit'.

OOC: Anypony know where our GM went?

Steel took one step forward, and his prosthetic gave out. He attempted to stand on it multiple times, each time sparking and going limp, just like his wing.
"Know how you feel, Steel. Sucks."
"I'll just get some transfer papers from Gulaven, and you can help repair me."

OOC: sorry, weekend and I just got Legend of Spyro: New Beginning and Dawn of the Dragon downloaded to my Xbox.

"Steel." Namomo dropped sown to him, "Are you alright? Should I get Gulaven?"

The guard shook himself to keep from falling over, "What are you smiling at?" he stood up to get his blood flowing more efficiently.

Rainbow Dash approached Omega, "Hey, hello. You're needed in the infirmary to hold a dangerous pony in his bed."

After a long rest I open my eyes and look around. I notice that Rainbow is gone and know that she has returned to work. My stomach growls in the silence and I wait patiently for aide to come, because as annoying as it might be I know I can't move from where I am.
