all painted by hand. Been toying with the idea of purchasing an airbrush, but until I can setup an actual spray area in the garage, I can't do it. Paint over-spray would be a problem in the house. I am going to be stopping painting figures soon however as time doesn't permit me to do it and I want to work on other pursuits career wise that will be more lucrative. I am going to paint my collection and sell them off 1 by one. I'll keep people posted as I do them if people want to purchase them as I finish them. They'll wind up being 20 dollars a piece shipped. Giants will be 25. I think that's pretty reasonable.

I have decided how to do my extra Thumpback. I am going to do one in the style of Northwest native american art

^ That's funny, I was actually going to do that with one of the bird-like Skylanders (like the Native American Eagle totems, because I have Cherokee Indian in me), and I was about to suggest it to you X). You wouldn't mind if I still carried out with that idea because I just bought all of the paint colors that I needed for it? If not, I understand =). Don't worry, I don't plan to sell mine.

yes. just take a picture with your iphone, go to http://imgur.com/, upload the image from your phone camera roll, and copy the URL and post it between the image brackets. i upload my pictures from my ipad.

Ben...your image is showing up broken.

Opal, you can paint it however you see fit. I am not about to change my painting plans if someone beats me to the punch. I look forward to seeing your version. I started putting the starter coat coats on Thump last night. It's gonna take a long time to paint this one I think. smilie He has a lot of bumps on him which make a good consistent finish near impossible.

The amount of work put into that Gizmoduck is worth the 100 dollars for it to be honest.

That killer whale one...is good, but it's not a killer whale...it lacks the white and the one posted here is far better.

Why is it bent over?


Because I cut all the arms and legs off and the tail, bent the body forward and positioned the arms so it looks like she is crawling along the floor. It actually looks a little like she's about to take off. The pictures dont really show it for what it is.

I do like the more detailed customs over the solid pianted ones i see on ebay. Im thinking of doing spyro as classic spyro. with the more yelloish horns and light purple body

haha, I actually think I'll try doing a charizard spyro first. Since i did some art for my local game store of a charizard painting. So I already have the colors! But yes Im a huge fan of classic spyro. Games 1 and 3 for ps1 are the best.

I think it'd be cool if you could customize a figure and when you play with it it'd appear that way in-game, and vice versa. I'd use it to camouflage my Warnado in the grass xD
