Some stores still stock Spyro's Adventure triple packs so maybe you can find him through there.

Otherwise you'd have to use Amazon or eBay.

My guess is that TRU would be your best guess. As they seem to be the best place to find S1. Or you can try Gamestop they may still have him.

I would say just try and pick up a "loose" one from Ebay or amazon, going to be much easier and less time consuming.

him and zap are the only s1 I didnt find in the wild since december. I started collecting SSA and those 2 figures I have to buy online to complete SSA.

Actually Lightning Rod can be had for under 20 bucks after shipping. Is it more expensive then finding him at a store yes. However, it is pretty much the only way to find it.

The best chance of finding Lightning Rod is at Walgreens. I've spotted several this week.
