US:
JC Penneys sold them during the holidays. I think they may still have some in but I dunno.
K-mart sells them
Sams Club and BJs Wholsale Club sell them as well. Costco might sell them too.

You forgot Canada... I know of EB Games, Toys R Us, Future Shop, Best Buy and CostCo. I know these are on your USA list, but there are plenty of stores which exist in the States which don't exist in Canada, and vice versa (and some with a different name, EB Games is Gamestop in the States as far as I know). I've never seen a Walgreens or Shopco, and we don't have K-Mart anymore, at least not around where I am, in Quebec. And we don't have Target, although we're getting it soon.

Unfortunately in my country I only know two places that i know that sells skylanders and i can't find skylanders anywhere else

JC Penney (note spelling) had them on clearance for Christmas. Most stores were cleared out before Christmas and more stores were emptied just after Christmas. I know because I visited at least 8 JC Penney stores regularly during the button promotion. I wouldn't expect any JC Penney stores to still have leftover Skylanders.

Add Fry's Electronics to the US list. They're primarily in the West coast. That's where I picked up Wham-Shell last year.

You can add Hasting's to the US list as well. They tend to have quite a few plus any of the original skylanders and exp packs you might be looking for.
