I ordered a GameStop bundle last week to get one of those 'special figures' , I only did so cause I have a person I can sell the other stuff too.
Seems GameStop shipped everybody but the special figure, do you think I got screwed?? The bundle was with special LightCore Prism Break.. I have a bad feeling GameStop just pulled a fast one huh? OR has anybody ordered a bundle and got their special figure shipped at a later time?

^ I'm pretty sure they won't screw you out of the LC Prism Break. I don't know why it would ship separately but you should definitely get it.

That being said, I wouldn't sell the other figures in the bundle to your friend until you get the special figure. That way you can still return it for a refund.

Yeah it was the White Lightcore Prism Break, so I'm hoping they still ship it.. Yeah good point jjgames about holding onto stuff to make sure I get the complete bundle.. Thanks!

I ordered the ICE Cynder bundle for SSA. The variant came with the others, but it came with slight damage. I called and complained, but they didn't have any more to replace it with... that and they make you jump through hoops to go about damage replacement. Hopefully, they are shipping the more valuable figures in separate protected packages and not just thrown into the boxed bundle as before. The way you will know for sure is to check your packing manifest list. If the Flocked PB isn't on there, then they still owe you that figure.
Unfortunately, GS phone support is nothing to be desired...

Well not sure this matters but when I check my order online it still says "Open" which on thier website page says - Open - This order has one or more items that remain unshipped.
So I'm hoping since the order doesn't say Closed I got a chance.. The "Closed" option on thier site says Closed - This order has been completely shipped or cancelled.

I would still call. They maybe waiting for other prism breaks to show up before they can ship it. If they are doing this it is wrong on so many levels.

I can't stress enough....call them or chances are you're gonna get the shaft. The longer you wait the less likely they're gonna believe you.

I got my box today too for the bundle..It was missing the white prism break and the battle arena thing itself. I did get another shipping notification a few hours ago that the battle arena itself had shipped but Nothing for the prism break. Pretty much sucks! I'll have to call in the morning and see if I cant get this all squared away.

There was no tracking number for the white prism break in my order history so that tells me that they haven't even shipped it yet. Since I paid for net day Shipping I sure hope they get this out asap. I would expect a refund for the shipping since I didn't get the whole thing. I submitted a complaint message, we will see where that gets me. Probably not where I want it to but at least it starts the process..The link to the battle arena pack has been eliminated ... just seems sketchy

I think they were selling it and didn't have enough of the LC Prism Break. That's what it's looking like to me. I will not deal with Game Stop online anyway. It always seems like they are having some sort of problem.

Update - Well gamestop told me last week they were still planning on getting me the white prism break with the bundle I ordered , today checking email I saw a confirmation and this below with a tracking number (5-7 days) .. HOPING its the varaint they promised in the bundle (fingers crossed)

I had originally paid for 1 day shipping so I received mine today and it was in fact the white one and it was in fact packaged individually very well so there wasn't any damage to it! I was a little worried that something wasn't right! Its all good now! Hope you enjoy yours when it arrives!!

^ This is VERY true!!! When I placed my last order online with GameStop, my credit card company called me to verify it wasn't fraudulent behavior... i guess GameStop.com is one of the businesses they have had countless issues with fraud, so they need to verify purchases with them... kinda freaky, makes me wonder what has been going on with them!!

Yeah, cant stress enough when things dont go planned through orders. nice find, im always too impatient and miss out on bundles. im so envious of your PB!
