Found some of these today and I have no idea what they are for.
They look like flocked stump smash but its white.
Is this a variant like gold or silver figures or what?
I stay pretty up to date with new Skylanders but I've never seen this before.

Pics, maybe? Also I think I've heard of them.

Yes! Did you pick it up and how many were there? It's part of the Wave 3 Variants and the Following are Flocked
Eruptor S2
Stump Smash S2
Lightcore Prism Break.

if you saw some (implying more than one) i'm hoping you were smart enough to purchase at least one of them ... regularly selling for $150+ on ebay at the moment

My ebay is the same as my username, youtube name etc.
I'm holding on to these at the moment and might possibly take offers but for now they are part of my collection.
I bought them from Target while I was on break btw.
Looked for the Eruptor and Prism Break today but couldn't find any.
I think I could have possibly gotten these two right when they were put on the floor.

Since these are obviously uber rare, are they on the same level as Gold and Silver variants from Spyro's Adventure?
I remember those going for high prices on ebay back in the day.
Or would these be even more valuable? Has Activision or Toys for Bob put out a release statement saying how many of these there actually are?

I found one behind a few boxes of battlegrounds (looks like someone hide it) and I have a white stumps mash but me and my wife are debating on selling it or keeping it

Does he do anything different from the original one? Stronger? Stuff like that

The only "main" difference is that he MAY show up at Level 5 with 2100 coins. And may show up as Special.

Like all Variants he starts off at Level 5 and has 2100 Gold.
Other than that nothing else except having "Special" next to his name in game.

And as for those hard to get ones I found out that a lot of kids(or adults,store employees) will hide them in stores my friend also stumbled up one on the E. Houston Bestbuy here in manhattan,so a little help always check in the immediate area behind stuff seems like you'll be like the damn Easter bunny but hey you may just hit gold!

I have no problem with an employee buying merchandise, but for an employee to hoard the variants is pretty scum-baggish of you.

Don't try to defend yourself to me, because I have already dismissed any story you come up with.

And I could really care less what you think I did anyways. I'm a Team Lead in the store and would surely risk my job just to get some skylanders. So think what you want.

It's not hating. You clearly used your job position for your own personal gain. Again, not only did you pick up one, you picked up two. Policy is that employees can not purchase anything while working.
A 15 minute break or 30 minute lunch is not working.

I had a similar experience with two of my variants.

1. Rock Zook: I was holding him on day 1, and some guy came over and grabbed it out of my hand. I tried to tell the employees, but no one cared. (I went back later and they had another one sitting back there!)
2. Clear Stealth Elf: An employee pulled her out of the box and he said if I wasn't there, he would've bought it for himself.

Where did you get Rock Zook?
They probably don't make him anymore but I've never seen that particular one in a store before.
Only variants I've ever found was a Silver Dino Rang and the White Stump Smash.

I did sell that one. But last year Gamestop had some Gold and Silver figures as rewards on their Power Up reward site. I got another Dino Rang and an Eruptor. They had Gold Drill Sergeant aswell but he sold out before I could redeem him.

I had bought a Gold Drilly off of Amazon for $30.
Did you sell the Silvers, too? If not... ...

That was a pretty good price for Drill Sergeant!

Yeah funny he responded to every one of my posts except for the one I called him out on about his store number and supervisor name. He said he did nothing wrong yet completely avoided what I asked. I guess it goes without saying that he does in fact know he did violate policy.

For someone with such a fastidious moral code, shouldn't those have been left for other customers and not used to further your collection? It would only make sense.

Also, calling someone stupid in a thread where there is literally a mod posting directly to you as you do it is the kind of behavior you might want to stop if you value your posts. The rules are really quite clear about flaming other users, and direct insults definitely fall under that.
