Calgary! Just picked up Sprocket, Flashwing and LC Jetvac at Walmart. No giant hot head. Follow up.... just went to another Walmart and picked up Hot Head!

People, forget TRU. They've still got NOTHING in any of them around here. Walmart is the place to go, indeed.

Just picked up my precious Flashwing AND Hot head.

No sight of Sprocket or LC Jet-Vac, however.

That said, I also got S2 Bash and S2 Double Trouble. Victory!!

Wave 2 in all of its glory (Flashwing/Sprocket/HotHead etc) was at my local TRU today in Ontario, going to hit up another tomorrow to check. They just recieved it today or possibly last night at closing, and there was very little of each character it seems. 1 HotHead, a few Flashwing, a few Sprocket...actually the only one they were missing from Wave 2 was LC Jet-Vac. I also tried a few Wal-mart stores, no sign of Wave 2...they seem to be having a hard time selling Wave 1 except for the actualy Giants.

Walmart near me had a bunch of Hot Head and light core Jet-Vac but nothing else new.

Just checked toys r us in Ontario. Full stock on all wave 2 other than Hot Head.

Damn, now I wish I didn't trade for my Wave 2s. :/

Toys R Us in Mississauga has the new characters on the shelves but it looks like it's very limited stock. I think there's maybe 1 Sprocket left as a single pack and maybe 3 3-packs with Sprocket. I asked about Hot Head since it wasn't on the shelf yet. Once the guy confirmed with a manager that Hot Head could be sold he pulled one out of a box for me. Rest should be on the shelf soon.

Just picked up our Hot Head and JC Jet Vac. Wave 2 complete.

Picked up Hot Head, Sprocket, Flash Wing and Light Core Jet Vac from TRU in Thornhill, ON today!

*sigh* Why is it MY toys r us that's always late for this stuff. They said they where expecting it in today's shipment but it wasn't there

TRU has all the wave 2 singles, but no triple-packs. If anyone spots the triple-packs with Sprocket or Flashwing, please let us know.

I'm not sure why there are two threads with an identical title.

I'm still looking for the three-packs with Flashwing or Sprocket. There are plenty of the singles at TRU.

Toys r us.com removed their Hot Head listing. Suspicious

I spoke too soon. I just stopped at the Newmarket TRU and they have the wave 2 three-packs in stock. I bought one of each.

TRU in Thornhill and Markham have the 2 triple packs with Sprocket, Sonic Boom and Stump Smash and Flashwing, Gill Grunt and Double Trouble. Good Luck guys.

I went today, and they had all the wave 2 triple-packs. I bought one of each.

Wave 2 spotted today at my Toys'R'Us Boisbriand (Québec). Got , , , Series 2. The clerk said he also received
Hot Head & Lightcore Jet-vac, but was sold out during last week-end! He said he hasn't seen yet the new triple packs
SPROCKET / SONIC BOOM / STUMP SMASH
FLASHWING / GILL GRUNT / DOUBLE TROUBLE
But they were all available in single packs.

EBgames Rosemère (Québec) Received Hot head today grabbed one. Also Walmart received Glow in the Dark Sonic Boom a Walmart exclusive here!

Heh the only Flashwings I can find all are in the triple pack, not a single. Hopefully it won't take too long to find one that's by itself

I still have a single sprocket and flashwing if anyone needs it. I'll sell for $15 plus shipping cost. I bought the singles then ended up buying the triple packs instead.

Yee-haw! Our local Toys R Us finally got wave 2! I had already ordered Sprocket and Flashwing online, and I'm not going to buy any more of the Giants, and I don't want lightcore Jet-Vac, so I was only after the series 2 figures. I managed to get everything except for Series 2 Hex oddly enough. :/

Series 2 Bash is amazing. Probably my favourite series 2 figure by a longshot. He looks so much better than his original figure it's not even worth comparing the two.

Series 2 Drill Sergeant really wasn't worth it. He looks basically exactly the same as the original figure. : (

Series 2 Flameslinger sucks. If you have one of the earlier Flameslingers from Spyro's Adventure, it's going to look a million times better than the series 2 Flameslinger. Still, I don't regret buying it.

Series 2 Double Trouble looks so much better once he's in your hands. He's still very detailed with a lot of texture, and he's actually kind of cute with his little minion guy.

Series 2 Sonic Boom looks better than the original, but she has this kind of demented penguin look on her face. Kind of hard to explain, but she looks kinda silly from the front. Her baby is super fragile, so I don't recommend storing her in a big box of other Skylanders.

Series 2 Stump Smash is a bit of a disappointment. He looks really plasticy, which I know he should since he's made of plastic, but I guess I was kind of expecting some better texture like the texture found on Series 2 Bash or Tree-Rex.

Series 2 Gil-Grunt looks great. Much better than his first figure.

The Toys R Us had about three of each, (as well as one Sprocket) so it looks like Wave 2 is finally starting to hit Canada in a decent force.

I really like all three of these new characters. It's a shame I beat the game before Wave 2 was even available. :-/

I've been saving nightmare mode until I have Hot Dog. I also still haven't found everything in the main game, haven't finished all the challenge arenas, and haven't done any of the time challenges. I play the game a lot, but rarely do I do anything that involves heading towards 100% completion. Mostly I just play around with the characters and try and figure out the most fun way to play as them. I still haven't even 100% completed the first game yet since I haven't felt much desire to.

Those that haven't seen it already keep an eye out for wm GItd Sonic boom. Picked mine up on 11/22/12 in the early morning and they were just putting them out (around 9am)

@DinoHex - Nightmare mode should be interesting, but yeah. There's still a lot to track down with my original saved game. The Adventure Packs from Spyro's Adventure work with Giants as well.

@snjsmom - Yeah, I picked up a GitD Sonic Boom today too. There were plenty of them there.

Anyone seen Light Core Shroomboom in Canada yet?

Doesn't look like wave 3 is being release yet. Been to Best Buy, Future Shop, Ebgames. None.

Nope.. Checked around my house, asked the staff... Toys R Us is guessing it'll be about 3 weeks based on the time it took the first two waves to make it to Canada.

I picked up wave 3 at the Toysrus Express in Hamilton last night. I purchased S2 Eruptor, S2 Prism Break, and S2 Lightning Rod.

I'm new to this forum / board / Skylanders. Started my hunt for more, at first to just get each element, now I gotten probably more than plenty. I do live in the Markham, Ontario area but here is what I've discovered as of yesterday (Jan 17):

EB Games @ Markham Rd & Castlemoore (between 16 / Major Mac) - seems to have a variety of Skylanders:
Giants - Swarm, Hot Head, Bouncer - I believe I picked up the only Crusher yesterday
Lightcore - Drobot, I picked up a Prism Break (I think it was the last/only one)
3 Packs - Ignitor, Chill, Zook; DragonFire Canon Pack; Gill Grunt; Flashwing; Double Trouble; Sonic Boom, Sprocket, Stump Smash
Single Packs that I remember (they had more) - S2 Sonic Boom; S2 Drobot; Flashwing;

Walmart (Markville Mall);
If you're looking for Glow in the Dark Sonic Boom they have lots!
If you're looking for the red Drill Sergeant they have lots as well!
They had a few random single packs like Stealth Elf and I believe Stump Smash

Less selection than Castlemoore location (nothing special)

ToysRUs (Markville)
I went there on Tuesday and there was LOTS of stuff but seems like it's all gone
Minimal stuff - I think Stealth Elf, Whirlwind and I think the Dragon Fire pack

Series 1 Drobot is $6 (I think) or $7 - it's on the incorrect rack for Drobot Lightcore @ $11.99 but the S1 does come in for $6 or $7
3DS Skylanders Spyro WAS $29.99 - which was what got me started... But not any more I do have an extra one if someone wants @ what I paid (it's enroute shipping)

I think the only special thing was the Glow in the Dark Sonic Boom

I've probably spent more than enough on this but the great thing about the game is the figures are cross platform Happy I can use the same ones for the PS3 Giants (which I also got from the TRU sale); my 3DS Spyros Adventure and for Skyanders Lost Islands Have not tried Universe or Batteground yet

Hopefully this helps those of you in the Markham area I am looking for a Pop Fizz although I really want the punch version from the 3DS Giants starter! Also Hot Dog and the new giants!

The EB Games at Woodbine and Hwy.7 had 3 triple packs with Pop Fizz, S2 Whirlwind and S2 Trigger Happy if you want to get Pop Fizz that way. I know I found some Pop Fizz singles when I was looking earlier this week but I think they were in Newmarket. I think it was ToysRUs @ Upper Canada Mall. They had the largest selection. You could give them a call before you drive there.

Thanks - I'll check it out next time I'm in the area... It'd be great to get the single pack of PopFizz since I already have Whirlwind and Trigger Happy...

Has anyone else bought used Skylanders? I bought two from EB - seems to be more value as I also get to use my Edge card... Not sure what others think. Transferring ownership was a piece of cake as well!

Found thumpback and eyebrawl at EBgames MajorMac and Castlemore Ave.

They are sold out of thumpbacks
They have 3 eye brawls left as of 4:40PM EST

Today they received 8 of each

No problem. I was there again today and they still have Pop Fizz. Unfortunately I was there before the UPS delivery so I missed out on getting Eye Brawl and Tumpback. Seems to be sold out everywhere already. At least they are in Canada now. I'll be stopping by Costco everyday now.

Thumpy really stands out, one of if not THE best looking from the whole line.

Thanks. I bought Thumpback and Eye Brawl. For those who are looking, it's the EBgames on Yonge St across from the Eaton Centre. They still have 1 Thumpback and 2 Eye Brawl left. They also have one of each Lightning Rod, Cynder, Stealth Elf. No lightcore Shroomboom and no Hot Dog battle pack.

Grabbed the last Eye Brawl at EB Games at Markham Road and Castlmore. That was 12:50pm EST. I called about 8 other EB Games from Aurora to DUFFERIN Mall and they were all sold out.

picked up eye brawl and thumpback today at walmart on rymal in hamilton they also had several lightcore shroombooms.

Just got Eyebrawl and Thumpback at Whitby TRU. Right place, right time. Was there as they opened the packages. They were gone before they hit the pegs.
