That might be it too. I can't honestly remember... <.>; But when I dig up old thread with the Way Back Machine or through the View Posts feature I see dark in a lot of the topics (granted, most of the posts were "Stop yelling at [insert old user here], HIR." Boy how times have changed... <.<;

We can reopen topics... but you'd really have to be more specific about what the topic is, why it's closed in the first place, and why you want it open again (also, you'd have to speak with the appropriate person to do that). <.<;

There's a topic in the video gaming section about an LP me and friends did. I became really wound up and made myself believe nothing would come from it so shut it in anger. Wanted to unblock it since I didn't wanna double-post and because it was stupid of me to close it in the first place.

We can only moderate within the sections we're given, we currently have no power* outside of them. We can close, edit, delete and merge posts/topics, as well as review reports in selected areas, yes.

*moderation wise. people tend to value moderators' word more in other sections still, but it can also depend who they are. I don't entirely agree with different treatment, but it will happen no matter.

Just to clarify a PM stands for private message. Hunter's can read PM's sent or received by them specifically. No Hunter has the ability to infringe on reading anyone else's PM's they are still private.
