So you see I have him on the Rock Grinder path and I use the hammer but then I get swarmed by trolls and they do a bunch of damage and I barely have any HP left. Please tell me how to use him better.

Here is one of the best things about skylanders. The characters play dramatically different to each other, with altering strengths and weaknesses. I originally fell in love with Crusher before I played him. I expected him to be a short range melee fighter. He isn't he's vulnerable to short range attack and the there is a blind spot the enemies have to attack you with directly in front of you that the hammer will not help with.
This is perhaps one of the best examples of a character in the game where spamming one move continuously is simply not effective. To get a good feeling of Crusher in all of his power you have to figure out when to use "turn to stone" and "rockslide" too. Keep in mind that when you use rockslide you are very vulnerable to attacks from within a radius very similar to the blind spot that affects the hammer. I am not going to say Crusher is not a good character in the hands of a very well rounded player he just doesn't work well for me. |

No, you just need to reset him & take the Rubble Master path, Rock Grinder stinks.

I got Crusher for my nephews for Christmas, I got to use him Christmas day and that's it, but I got quite far with him. Not sure which path we took him on, but I ended up being able to turn him to rubble, then keeping the button pressed to move the rubble around. It was like having control of an avalanche! I kept him in rubble mode as much as possible, and kept him in constant motion. VERY destructive, and as long as he kept moving he was hard to hit by the enemies. Completed several Arenas like that.

No, you need to STFU and deal with the fact that your opinion is not the only one in the world.

No, you're just delusional. It's people like you who take it the wrong way, ALL the time. I didn't say my opinion is the only thing important nor was I trying to, just my personal recommendation because 1. The combos suck and are hard to aim. 2. The damage only increases around 10. 3. The Ground Grinders are still useless.

I totally agree with you on why rock grinder stinks. @WUMBO i get where you're going, LS13 sometimes makes those kinds of degrading posts, but i could have easily said the same thing and no one would have told me to shut up. Just hecause someone has made mean posts hefore doesnt mean that every post is mean. |

I am seriously thinking of resetting my Rubble Master Crusher and trying out Rock Grinder.

Rubble Master is trash too. Crusher as a whole is completely overrated. He's not good, he's just straight up mediocre. Both paths are the definition of mediocrity. Quote:
I can do this too for Rubble Master Path: 1. His combos STILL stuck and are hard to aim. 2. His boulder/exlpode combo is pitiful. 3. He's extremely vulnerable in boulder-form, regardless of the extra armor he gains. Quote: reshiramflame
I already reset my Rubble Master and went Rock Grinder, (imo) more fun, still a very mediocre Skylander.

Guys, you can't just spam every skylander's A attack. Crusher is one of those skylanders. Me and my dad (got him hooked to, he just uses my figures) are using granite crusher and crusher. Crusher is going down hammer path, while granite crusher is going down rubble master. We have found the perfect time to stop, aim then attack. If you are getting swarmed, roll away.

I agree. The hammer path isn't the best in the game, but it's still good. You just have to learn how to play with it. Stop fighting.
