As stated in the Topic...Does anyone have info about when it will be out?

I haven't heard anything since Black Friday when TRU thought they'd get her sometime in January.... but I haven't heard anything more about it since, so I'm thinking it might be in wave 4 instead of wave 3

I was at TRU the other day and they had no idea when she was coming at this point. It wasn't even in their inventory system yet.

Legendary Lightcore Chill should be out soon. She was pictures with the rest of Wave 3 here: http://oneofswords.com/2013/01...is-rolling-out/

The picture, IIRC of LLC Chill was theirs, but it was Packaged loose, which means it came in a white box that they send you replacements in. Also the LLC Chill on ebay is packaged loose too. So this means, Activision or TFB sent it directly to them. But we can still possibly see LLC Chill soon, I hope LC chill comes soon too.

I just called my ToysRUs and spoke to someone there and said something was being released on the 22nd but couldn't tell me what it was until the 21st...I hope it's her! Fingers are crossed...did anybody at their local TOysRUs have said the same thing?

Well, good news is I actually like Chill, and she's pretty good in both aspects in the game, unlike Jet-Vac.

It actually makes sense. Legendary Lightcore Chill is part of the extended Wave 3, she is part of the review package sent to the press - as seen on the One of Swords blog. Therefore, since they already are making runs of her for TRU, for release I guess soon, then switching the painters to make regular Lightcore Chill would be more efficient. Kind of like how Legendary Stealth Elf was part of the extended Wave 2 and regular showed up in the first Wave 3 shipments. The Legendary figure will come in boxes of just her bound for TRU, like the other Legendaries and the regular Lightcore version would then be part of the initial Wave 4 Lightcore cases.

The thing that is a big question though, is what else will be in those cases. Given that three Lightcores are left (minus Legendary Chill, which makes 4), then those cases would either have all three leftover Lightcores or there would then be a Wave 5. A pretty unexciting Wave 5 though - given they only have one Newlander (Ninjini) to release one would hope she shows up in Wave 4. Otherwise we could be looking at a Giantless Wave 4 consisting of maybe a couple reposes, and maybe a couple Lightcores and that's it. Followed by a Wave 5 with Ninjini and the remainders.

I'm still surprised they dropped Thumpback and Eye Brawl in this Wave, I always figured one of them would be the last one out - kind of like how they held Wham Shell last time. Two of the most interesting figures for the target audience, pre-teen boys. Now all they have left is reposes, Lightcores of figures already out and Pink Ninja Barbie. And judging from the boys into Skylanders that play with my son, none of them are all that interested in Ninjini (I personally think she will be a great figure though). They just aren't into the girl figures as much, as you can tell by how Sprocket and Flashwing fill shelves these days.

Since they just updated Cloud Patrol with the three new Skylanders, leaving Lightcore Chill and Ninjini in Coming Soon status, I wouldn't expect either character to appear over the next few weeks.

Actually, LIGHTCORE Chill could appear whenever, as it's only the Legendary one that would appear as a new character in the iOS games.

lol Right! We didn't get the first Skylander game. My Daughter has been wanting Spyro for a very long time. I finally just broke down and bought the last legendary 3 pack that was on the shelf at our local ToysRus for forever!
