Wonder who, if any on ehre are from the area for sightings and all

I'm in Syracuse, and I'm going to be calling at around 12:30 EST to check up. Planning on going in for my sidekicks anyway tonight.

To update: I just called my gamestops and no Thumpys or Eye Brawls. One store just got the sidekicks in today. The other three had the sidekicks and they came with Hot Heads. Blarg.

Upstate NY has no signs of Eye Brawl or Thumpback. Was at two different gamestops when they got their UPS shipments. Only more Scorpion Striker battle packs and wave 3 non giants. None at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, or TRU either (checked all via phone).

Checked one GameStop and both Walmarts in the Binghamton area at noon. Nothing new yet. I did happen to get a Striker pack in Oneonta when I passed through on Monday. At that time there was 1 left.

I checked last night, just a few SS battle packs, nothing yet.....

i am in the upstate area, but i dont bother with giants. I have the ones i want/need and dont care about the rest.

Syracuse, NY has them at Carousel Mall, HAD them at Shoppingtown in Dewitt, and HAS them in Clay and at the Marshall's plaza in Dewitt. Looks like all of Syracuse Metro got them today.

Well, stopped @ gamestop and wife got thumpback. The clerk said they sold out of the 2 eyebrawls they had.

The store in Rockerfeller Plaza had them. I love when I call a store at lunchtime to see if they got any new figs in, and am told "no", even though the confirmed to me that they got their shipment, only to walk into the place after work and see 1 of each on the pegs.

BOO! I KNEW I should have checked but I was in such a bliss from meeting the Saturdays I didn't want to bother with $kylander$ (besides, I assume lunchtime = around 1-2, which I was already on line waiting for the Sats anyways lol).

I am so mad! I ask the braindead idiots at GameStop to hold 1 eye brawl and 1 thumpback for me becaus rhymey finally got there, and the friggin morons sell them before I get there!

I've noticed that many GameStop employees are actually going out of their way to lie. As in, they'll be all "let's see... nope I don't see them" and proceed to only mention things I don't want.

They really suck. I think I might stick with Toys'R'Us, at least my experience with their employees have resulted in them actually looking for the figure and, if found, they'll be nice enough to hold it. I really just realized I haven't had success with Skylanders at any GameStop unless it was me face to face with an employee. o_0

I really wanted them! well that's it, they lost my buisness, I got hot dog already anyway, no more exclusives for GameStop I hope

I'm not even going to go out of my way to call them. If I'm around a GameStop, I may stop by and inquire but I don't expect them to be telling the truth.

I believed them because calling is how I got my flashwing, but now I just can't trust them anymore, they are so misleading
