just wanted to say thanks again for everyones tips and info for the canadian skylander hunt. I just wish they would give us a little better of a time frame oh well wishful thinking huh. LOL

Called around today looking for Thumpback and Eye Brawl. Nothing yet at Toys R Us and EB Games in Scarborough. For those who are looking for Hot Head and Crusher, EB Games at Cedarbrae got a shipment of them in yesterday.

Calgary got a shipment of Hot Head, Crusher, Bouncer and a bunch of wave 3 singles a couple of days ago, but so far no sign of Thumpback and Eye Brawl. Even with this recent shipment, the quantities were small. If you still need one of the previously released giants, you still might have a bit of a hunt on your hands.

Coppercreek Walmart in Markham got a shipment of HotHeads/Bouncers/Swarms yesterday, but no new giants yet

Ebgames at MajorMac/Markham Road beside the Popeyes had 3 hotheads in stock yesterday evening around 7:15pm when I checked

Walmart in South Oshawa got a shipment of hot heads, swarm, Giants along with some more GITD Sonic booms silver cannon pack. oh and i seen 1 flash wing.

No wave 3

I dident even bother checking TRU since i was there the other day i might take a look on sunday or monday ne1 know when TRU's shippments arrive

same for ebgames they got some hot heads and some old ones

Anybody in Quebec, specifically Montreal? It seems like most/all of the responses are from Ontario so far. I'd love more information on who is carrying what... I usually manage to hit the Best Buy and Future Shop at Marche Central... Nice combo being able to hit 2 in one shot without a car, but their selection tends to be terrible. Without a car some info ahead of time would be helpful! Thanks!

Went hunting and............ Nothing new......

I think Walmart is where Thumpback and Eye brawl will show up first here in Ontario. That is where I found the series 3 figures Jan 4th (2weeks after the US release of Dec 23rd), everywhere else (TRU/BESTBUY/FS/Ebgames) starting showing up a week after. There will probably be sightings of them next week or the week after.

Let's just say Febuary is the safe bet.

I'm new to this forum / board / Skylanders. Started my hunt for more, at first to just get each element, now I gotten probably more than plenty. I do live in the Markham, Ontario area but here is what I've discovered as of yesterday (Jan 17):

EB Games @ Markham Rd & Castlemoore (between 16 / Major Mac) - seems to have a variety of Skylanders:
Giants - Swarm, Hot Head, Bouncer - I believe I picked up the only Crusher yesterday
Lightcore - Drobot, I picked up a Prism Break (I think it was the last/only one)
3 Packs - Ignitor, Chill, Zook; DragonFire Canon Pack; Gill Grunt; Flashwing; Double Trouble; Sonic Boom, Sprocket, Stump Smash
Single Packs that I remember (they had more) - S2 Sonic Boom; S2 Drobot; Flashwing;

Walmart (Markville Mall);
If you're looking for Glow in the Dark Sonic Boom they have lots!
If you're looking for the red Drill Sergeant they have lots as well!
They had a few random single packs like Stealth Elf and I believe Stump Smash

EB Games (Markville)
Less selection than Castlemoore location (nothing special)

ToysRUs (Markville)
I went there on Tuesday and there was LOTS of stuff but seems like it's all gone
Minimal stuff - I think Stealth Elf, Whirlwind and I think the Dragon Fire pack

Best Buy (Markville)
Series 1 Drobot is $6 (I think) or $7 - it's on the incorrect rack for Drobot Lightcore @ $11.99 but the S1 does come in for $6 or $7
3DS Skylanders Spyro WAS $29.99 - which was what got me started... But not any more I do have an extra one if someone wants @ what I paid (it's enroute shipping)

I think the only special thing was the Glow in the Dark Sonic Boom

I've probably spent more than enough on this but the great thing about the game is the figures are cross platform Happy I can use the same ones for the PS3 Giants (which I also got from the TRU sale); my 3DS Spyros Adventure and for Skyanders Lost Islands Have not tried Universe or Batteground yet

Hopefully this helps those of you in the Markham area I am looking for a Pop Fizz although I really want the punch version from the 3DS Giants starter! Also Hot Dog and the new giants!

Funny, I live on the corner of Henri Bourassa, but sounds like nowhere near there... I live at the height of Cote Vertu Metro, so making it out that way would be a major undertaking... How's the selection at those stores? By Anjou, would that be at Galleries D'Anjou, off of the 40 at Langelier I think?

Nope, no sighting of eyebrawl or thumpback yet in Ontario. I ended up ordering the scorpion battle pack online from gamestop, spent almost double the amount because of shipping and UPS cod charges (BS). At least the kids are happy

(Well it's about time I finally joined this site after many months of lurking... )

Anyways, Winnipeg,MB here, and the only figure I have seen from Wave 3 is the Cynder single Pack. Hoping one day I'll find something else...

I am so frustrated with the lack of characters. This is getting stupid waiting for them to come out. I did this last year and was hoping that things would be different with the Giants but it is even worse. Last year I thought it was a learning curve for them with the demand of characters and that is why I bought the Giants for my boys. Had I known I would be doing all this again I would never had bought it. My 5 year old son beat the game in 5 days when he got it in October. Just let us complete our set so we can carry on our lives! Just a frustrated mom needing to vent... last year the "hunt" was kinda fun but there is no fun in this anymore.

Yeah something has to change the game just isn't that long for that many figures. by the time u get all the figs u probably could beat the game 10 times over.

I tried to pace my sons in playing the game but they eventually finished it last week. There is tons of replay value in the game, but now it's just a task trying to complete the collection.

Has anyone seen the Legendary Triple Pack lately? I can't find it at either of my TRUs, and they said Activision rarely ships it to them. Grrr...

I got thumpback and eyebrawl at the ebgames in bayshore shopping center in Ottawa just a few minutes ago, they got them and some older singles in today. They still havnt gotten any hot dog packs yet or lc shroom booms.

EB Games Calgary got them today too! Finally! Just picked up Eyebrawl and Thumpback! Happy kid = happy mom. Or is it the other way around? lol

i was out last night and only found LC shroom boom. I'm in Nova scotia. every other store had either nothing, or all battle canon 3 packs
