I dont think that there are going to be any more because there arent anymore new skylanders to be released other than lightcore chill and popfizz

There doesn't seem to a new battle pack on the way since Universe doesn't reveal another magical item to be released aside from the Giants Sidekicks and the recently released Scorpion Striker.

lol, the next battle pack will be released in October, when Skylanders 3 comes out.

^ hahah they might not do Battle packs like how they dropped adventure packs. I thought those were better than the battle packs. IMO

I hope they bring back more adventure packs in lieu of the battlepacks!!!!

Yeah, but considering Universe's listing of items, we won't have that with Giants. Maybe the 3rd installment. Or they could offer DLC.....such as, a big console multiplayer....yeah, I'm just dreaming.

^ Well that would be ideal for sure, that's my one major complaint about the Skylanders series, is that it offers no online multiplayer... i don't have anyone to play the game with at home, so I never get to do more than a one-player (my bf tried to get into the game with me a couple years ago but just hates it, he plays that loud, annoying Call of Duty... lol)!! Battle arenas and story chapters would be way better online in multiplayer as well, I was really hoping that Giants would have that feature... i'm guessing their new competition Disney Infinity will have it!! lol

Yeah that can be a pain when you have nobody who wants to play. Might I suggest secretly getting so good at COD that you beat your bf into the ground with your skills and get to say "Hmmm wanna play something else?" after he complains COD is annoying (translation: My gf is too good that this! Let's play something I can pwn with!)?
Either that, or you can suggest alternating. You play COD with him sometimes, and he plays Skylanders with you. You both make some sacrifices, and it's quality time together. If he doesn't like it, I guess you could make a puppy face and say "don't you love me anymore?". JK on the last one, that could backfire. But try the compromise thing. You never know, it could work.

You can always tell how many Battle Packs and Adventure Packs they have planned with each Skylanders game?

Before ever learning of an Empire of Ice and Dragon's Peak via the 3DS game when the first game came out, I could tell there would be 4.

There is an easy way to tell there were going to be 4 Adventure Packs in the first game, and 2 Battle Packs with this game? So, how do you find out? Look closely at a Battle Pack box. Where it shows the name of the Magical Item and two Skylanders, you will see Catapult and Canon symbols scattered all across the blue section of the battle packs. Only two, thus two Battle Packs.

When I first picked up Pirate Seas and Darklight Crypt, in October of 2011, I saw 4 symbols in the purple area of the Adventure Packs. This gave away the fact they had 4 coming.

So, yeah. There definitely isn't another Battle Pack, unless there is a store exclusive one that has Molten Hot Dog in it.

There's a thread about a possible Walmart exclusive of Molten Hot Dog, though whether it's a single pack or battlepack, I dunno.

haha Yeah, we do something like that- we alternate who gets to use the PS3, or sometimes I let him use it and I'll go play my guitar or the DS, maybe do some crafts... we make it work, compromises are important for both!! lol I've tried playing COD and I really dislike it, but I'm ok with that, we don't have to like the same things, it's worked great for the past 6 years, so I'm not complaining!! lol
