Check Gamestop, they are getting in more. I was at one today that had - no kidding - about a dozen of the Battle Packs on the pegs. Or it is available online from Gamestop.

I went to a Gamestop and there were 5 of them. Although, it was the only one that had them. Three other stores didn't have any.
