I just found this and thought this will give a heads up to others abroad and also as an indication for us in the States that the Giants are coming soon maybe for Pre-order

Every giants single pack has been able to be pre-ordered from EB games since the game was first out in october. you can currently pre-order ninjini as well as thumbtack and eye brawl.
the scorpion striker battle pack isn't on there yet, but you can pre-order single hot dog.

wave three characters still say Available: TBC 2013 as well

Yes pre-ordered and fully prepaid for all Giants and Hot Dog well before Christmas, but as min8or says it's been saying TBC 2013 for quite a while.
