Vicarious Visions only developed the first 3DS game, ported Giants on Wii U, and made the iOS games. They would have to convince TFB to put Crash in, and even then, maybe they would have to ask Bobby or Activision themselves.

I am all for Crash becoming a Skylander. When franchises fail, compared to the first 3 games (ie Spyro 1-3 and Crash 1-3) make them a Skylander and give them new life. I think he would make a better Skylander in this day and age. I'd say Earth or Tech Element, unless you wanted to go Magic and have him utilize that tiki mask somehow.

OMG Thank you for posting this! I Really hope that Crash gets remade or becomes a skylander! He is one of my all time favourite game characters EVER!@!@!

Yeah, that seems more like a poster for a standalone project than concept art for a new 'lander. It'd be cute if he was a 'lander though but I'm not holding my breath.

Oh yeah, I saw this the other day, but had no idea where the picture originated from. Pretty neat, but if it was concept art for Skylanders, Crash would probably be in a elemental background or the text would look more like how Skylanders has the names.

The Crash logo is the old one, but the "Bandicoot" with it seems to indicate an entirely new game.

I like that look of his model. The one from the last games looked stupid and those godawful tribal tattoos. He looks very cartoony and honestly would fit fine into the Skylanders world. Activision does own the rights to Crash now, don't they?

Now that I think about it, Activision should put Crash into Sky3. Why? They have had a character with pre-Skylander establishment in the starter packs for the respective games (Spyro for SA and Cynder for Giants) so why not have Crash be the "already well-known"* 'lander for #3?

*Yes, I know Cynder isn't that well-known but she's definitely known more than the actual original Skylanders.

If they put Crash into SKYLANDERS, and not his own game, I will stop buying anything that has to do with this franchise immediately.

No crash in Skylanders 3 they turned spyro into a gremlin i dont want to see crash like that .

If they do add Crash in Skylanders 3, spyroblue, it would just happen. It's their decision.

I'd love to see Crash. The most recent Crash game I've seen is a racing game for the iOS, where everyone's reviews were stupid puns (oh, this game crashes too much)...

I've played a ton but like Spyro I can't remember names because it was so long ago.

B-But I like Spyro's design ;~; I also find this interesting, the overall design is a lot like the skylander one, especially the design of the flower, and the fact he is on a floating island (No, I don't think he is in TLOS after Dotd ) gives it away.

I Hope he doesn't get in, I really just want skylanders to be 'Spyro's thing', Crash would steal the glory ect. And I want him in his own game, imagine the growth in complaints from all fans, I know 'haters gonna hate', but sometimes it does hurt.

Geez, spyroblue, if you don't like Crash's design on that poster, you don't have to look at him and continue bash it.

Crash dosen't look like a skylanders... he look like the original charles' zembilla design. Like people said earlier VV is not responsible of skylanders they just ported it to 3DS. I strongly doubt he will be in the next skylanders....

Well, the way I see it, there is three options:

Crash is heading to Skylanders.

Crash is heading to his version of Skylanders. Considering how successful Skylanders has been, i think this is the most likely option, in terms of making $$$

Crash is heading to a new game!

Hopefully they will announce something soon, the suspense is killing me!

I wouldn't mind Crash becoming a Skylander but, I don't know. Something about the artwork tells me it wasn't for Skylanders.

By the way, it's funny that a lot of people's reactions on other sites are just saying that Crash is going to be a Skylander and not have another game.

I think Giants sort of skipped past the whole "banished to earth" thing
I mean, the Giants weren't banished to earth, they were locked away.

And a lot of the newlanders weren't banished either. Jet-vac and Hot Dog are the only new skylanders that mention Eon in their bios, and Hot Dog's doesn't even have Eon in it. It just mentions that a group of skylanders including Gill Grunt found him and that he buried Eon's staff. Flashwing's bio states that she was created by Bash wishing on a star. Jet-vac's bio actually has him recruited before the events of the first game, and all of the Giants were skylanders a long time before the first game, so I see no reason why Crash couldn't be one.

If you guys look, a skylanders poster is next to the crash poster. I think they're hinting at it

Oh please god no. Skylanders already ruined Spyro, and ever since I've seen that image I've been fearing that they'd do the same to Crash. I like Skylanders, but I don't like the idea of it going around and "rebooting" old icons...

Please, Activision, don't do this to Crash! Either attempt to get him his own games again (I.E. stuff like Crash of the Titans (But better)), or let him rest in peace. And, letting him into PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale would help revive him more than redesigning him like that and putting him in Skylanders.

Maybe Mario and Banjo Kazooie will be Skylanders next? D:<

with aku aku as a powerup for limited invincibility perhaps and a mystery crate for a random amount of treasure or a random item like a skystone perhaps?

and then having a crash themed platforming level with a bunch of references to the crash games. like a few of the old escape levels where you ran from polar bears or rolling boulders.

Crash Bandicoot is a video game character who has a franchise as legendary as Spyro's as they were created near the end of the 1990s.

To me, it's logical, as if you have a new skylanders franchise, based on the crash universe, you get double the money effectively.

If crash is in skylanders, then you might pick up a few fans and that's it.
