Seeing as the Knight's Helm only unlocks on the Nightmare difficulty, does that make the other file obsolete in terms of a perfect clear file if it doesn't have access to that hat?

Well, in terms of the hats, I'd suppose the one can be "inferior", but you can still 100% complete the game.

The accolade for the hats doesn't count the personal Quest hats or the Knight Helm.

Well, it doesn't have any Skylanders since he probably hasn't claimed ownership of any of them in his second save file.

I register all my Skylanders on my first account (the regular one). 6% is as far as I've gotten in Nightmare mode, mostly because I haven't had the time to go and play.

I just beat Nightmare to get the hat (best hat in the game; bar none) and then went back to my 100%'d plain file for Heroics and level grinding. No point clearing Nightmare completely except if you find that sort of thing fun. Some do.

Aside from completeionist tendencies I'm grinding through my collection of my normal file while whittling away at 100%. Afterwards I'll be heading off to Nightmare mode and my hat. I'm afraid finishing Nightmare right away will 'cause me to either become complacent or spend money on the 3DS version :x

I have 4 saves (yeah I over did it).
Easy, Normal, Hard, Nightmare. All 100% with all my skylanders registered on them.

I'd rather have more armor and attack stats than speed. It's way more effective during nightmare mode.

Yep. As most skylanders armor starts in the 18-26 range any armor is welcomed.

I wish, but i dont think the hat "exists" in the code for SSA

Well for me this is the factor into trying to get 3 Stars on Nightmare Mode, do I want to wait until I get that helmet or try to do it with the Santa or Winged Hat? I think some has has higher defense than the Santa Hat but I currently forget which one it is.
