Looks like nothing new until middle of February. Still no battle pack in my Gamestop. Couple people from different tru saying middle Feb for the Giants and whatever else is coming out.

The Battle Pack is released on the 9th, and someone has Eye-Brawl in hand on eBay, so, wait.

I am confused. Is the new battlepack coming out on the 9th or the 11th? I keep hearing different date. Also, TRU is not always the most reliable source.

9 in most states, 11 in a few others.

Matteomax, are you talking about the individual that has listed and relisted? I see that they have a picture that looks pretty legit this time. Do you have any further thoughts on it? After all the on-again, off-again stuff with these Giants, I'm still skeptical that a release is imminent.

I am always skeptical until I see pictures of a box in store.

Well not to sound like a know it all, you did talk to Toysrus employees the people that are said to get the Scorpion Striker pack a month later, hence Gamestop saying a month before anywhere else, so that might be why they're saying mid Feb because of that. Overall let's give and the others another 2 or 3 weeks and then we can talk about next month, which I still believe in coming out no later than next week at best.

I bet we see Eye Brawl late Jan. With Gamestop seeming to release the next battle pack in waves to certain states I doubt that we will see him next week.

Well there is absolutely no harm in hoping and trying anyways I'd still give him a week after all there are constant employees saying the same thing of how it would be weird to get only and nothing else new and they did say they could get more shipments in within the week, but I'm only referring to what I already heard.

Yeah, I agree it would be weird to only get the battle pack, but take a look at black friday and all we got was legendary stealth elf.

It has been ended again. My guess would be that Acti got a heads up on the Ebay auction and sent them a nastygram to cease the auction.

Just got back from my local Games Stop.
They now have the display for the Hot Dog/Zap/Scorpion in the middle of the store. There are 2 empty display boxes of the item stating that it is coming in the middle of January. Does not have a specific date. I spoke with the manager and he has no information other than they usually have new items start on Tuesdays. This does not seem to be normal so I am waiting for Wednesday the 9th. I will take a picture tomorrow and post it.

I hope Eye Brawl comes out with SS. We could use another giant here.

I still think something is up with the Eye Brawl. Brand new seller. I contacted when they first posted one a week or so ago. Never heard back from them. They may have them in hand but something is fishy. With the picture, it looks like it is in a mirror or something. To me everything just doesn't add up.

For those who have not seen game stop weekly ad states "available 1/11/13" so would be a pretty good guess most should have some by the 11th. Here is the current ad http://www.gamestop.com/weeklyad

Actually, if you look at their sold ones, the only one they have sold was on 12/31 which says it was a pre-sale. That is the only one they have sold. Something is very very odd.

I act like the stuff on ebay never even happens. No point in getting worked up over something that will come out eventually...

I see that now. For some reason, when I look it doesn't show that one. I still call bull on this.

The only reason to go run to hunt is when you see multiples in hand with pictures. There is always someone who grabs em out of the box that works in the store and starts selling em prior to release date. It's pretty much a guarantee. I think we aren't far away from something new besides the battle pack. I've heard people say Saturday is even a possibility. I was told today that my TRU is expecting a shipment of stuff tomorrow. Doubt it's anything special, but Sunday might give us something interesting... All we can do is keep on looking.

That's all I'm saying, xerokills. The time of release draws nigh.

The thing that makes me wonder about this Eye Brawl is I am almost positive that I saw one of the Employee Prism Breaks for sale that the item location was in Kentucky. I know that they are starting to pop up from Canada and Europe now, but I wonder if the Eye Brawl is legit if they have some storage places in Kentucky and this person, is getting them from that point.

I noticed on my receipt for the preorder that it doesn't have a specific in-store date to even pick up the pack. Kind of weird...maybe some sort of delay in shipping?

All I know is that I'll try on the 9th. If it's not there then, oh well. I'll come back on the 11th and check. If they don't have it in then, I'll will send strongly worded emails to Gamestop and their facebook page. THAT'LL SHOW EM.

I hope everyone sees the sarcasm of course in that. All we can really do is be patient right now. There's something going on with the shipment (or Gamestop as a whole) that seems to have sent them scrambling. I also somewhat fear that this could effect us seeing new Giants (or even new boxes of stuff out) the next few weeks.
