How to remove bases plates from figures without breaking paper question [CLOSED]

Anyone know how to remove baseplates from figures without breaking them.(without breaking fragile paper at bottom) Also, what kind of cutting or plowing device did you use and maybe could you make a tutorial? Thanks

Here is a tutorial of how to remove the figure's from their base.

I think based on his comment about paper he is trying to remove the base plates (orange or green plate) from the bottom of his base and not the figure from the base.

If this is right, then I apply heat using a hair dryer and then pry the base plate lose using a flathead screwdriver being careful to not break the tabs that secure it. as long as the tabs are intact, it should click right back on after you are finished.

i would love an articulated Camo.... i've custom painted some but i'd get too nervous trying to cut them apart and use joints and stuff!! it's definitely an art form!! smilie
