You can only trade the Topps Cards and the Sidekicks. Nothing else.

Oh I see make a rule and add exceptions to it. Well I am not trading I am exchanging for same figure just a single pack instead of the 3 pack

I will throw my two cents in on the whole trading/selling thing.

I can see why people want to trade/sell on here. This site usually has good people on here that want to help others out. Instead of going to ebay/amazon to pay an inflated price people think they can come here and post about it and everyone wins.

Why I tend to lean towards Darks rule on trading/selling and avoiding it on here, is that it takes one bad experience between two people and it can become a holy war in the the same amount of time that it takes a thread lasting longer than 10 posts to get off track. Then it just becomes difficult for them two to be able to get along or anything. Which will bring in peoples friends and they get into it and we have evolved into the WWE.

Do what I do and post it in your signature. It may take sometime that way, but it is the safest. Or sell yours on Ebay and buy the single pack ones.

Bazinga is right. You can do things in PM and advertise them in your signiture, but that is it. You can't make seperate threads for trading.

The cards and Sidekicks are allowed to be traded due to them not being available worldwide.

Honestly, the rule is posted on the forum rules. If you don't like them I would suggest looking somewhere else. I am not trying to push you away. However, judging by the way you are reacting to us trying to be nice and help you seems like you might not be a good fit on this forum.

I am just saying that by your posts you seem to get all bent out of shape over it. Dark has his rules for a reason on here. Their are exceptions to the rules as their is in most things in life. Most people are helpful on here but if you tend to react the way you did to us trying to help, it will not be a good experience.

I am far from bent out of shape. Its the internet for Christ sake. Just making my points that's all. Did I offend anyone? Well Merry Christmas too.

But really, rules are in place to keep people from ripping eachother off. Like Bazinga said, if two people initiated a trade on DarkSpyro, it'd just take one of them to rip off the other and then we'd get a thousand forums about the two parties screaming at each other.

Here is the deal, the Rules were sent to you when you created your ID - both by email and by PM. People here are just reminding you of them, the moderators cannot be everywhere at once, so sometimes the community helps out - they don't want the forums to become clogged with people breaking the rules they don't like.

If you are not fond of certain rules, contact the moderator. None of us posters can change the rules, but we can report your post as a violation, if you would prefer that to a friendly reminder. I wouldn't hold my breath on a mass lifting of the Trading/Selling ban though. That opens the forum owners to all sorts of headaches as soon as someone scams someone else.

Ahh yes, the "everyone else is doing it" defense. Let's go with the traditional answer "if they were jumping off a bridge would you do it?". If you think someone else is breaking the rules, the answer is to report them, not to feel it gives you license to also break the rules. And as was mentioned, your reasoning is being used on the wrong people - make your case via PM to the forum owners. You could convince every single one of us, and it still wouldn't change the fact that it is still against the rules.

defpally Im not using any defense. Just pointing out the facts. I already said I wont sell or trade anything again. Its no big deal. As far as reporting people im not a rat nor did I know the rules. Yes I am guilty I didn't read them. I have jumped off bridges before so that's not a good analogy.
