To be fair and in GM78's Defense; Some people are hardcore collectors.
He's definitely not the only one who is guilty of this. I too have doubles of MOST characters/Figures from the first game (Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure). And plan to do-so with Giants as well when I have the opportunity to do so.

I have singles for every character I have in Triple pack. I keep the triple pack as a collectors item and play with the single since its easier to do so. I have some doubles of those I have in singles, to go down each path. Gives me more reason to continue playing the game longer.

No greed is meant in that either. Some of us just really like this game and wish to enjoy every aspect of it. Which thus means getting 2 of each character.

If anything you can blame Activision for making the first game have it where you can't change paths.

Thats a bit harsh; To say he has a problem. I'm not the biggest fan of him either. None of us really know why he feels the need to have so many of one character (He has said he has 5 of each for S:SA and 3 of each for Giants)- I personally see no real point in having more than 2. But thats not my right to judge, and its not yours either. Not saying that to be rude but you sounded slightly rude with your comment hense why I felt the need to say this.

And yes I agree. I wish we had the ability to switch paths. I know you can in Giants but not in S:SA. Still its kinda fun to have a both paths at your disposal.

That is one serious collector! Im not gonna bash the guy for collecting them because im the same with pokemon cards, i like to have 2 or 3 of each one i get.

Whoa my God almighty! His entire room is pretty much dedicated to everything Skylanders-related and he's got all four walls filled up with products! Plus he's got like every variant ever created in the history of mankind! This dude's got that super-ridiculous swag-level collection that surpasses mine times fifteen! Jesus!

Keep in mind that Billy G the GameMaster is pushin 35. Most of you folks are kids or teenagers.

I now have 3 full walls dedicated to Skylanders, which people will see when I get my next new figure (either the other half of wave 3 or when the Scorpion Striker releases, because there should be a new camera in the house by then.
