And I'm currently watching Fairy Tail. I've just been watching it when new episodes are updated on On Demand, but I'll probably start watching it online.
If any of you are looking for some hilarious, crazy animes, try the 6 episode OVA "Golden Boy", and the show "Full Metal Panic" (nothing to do with Full Metal Alchemist, other than I think it may be from the same creator).
Viewer discretion is advised, but they are really great.

I started watching Soul Eater through Netflix.
So far it's alright. I decided to watch it since I've heard so much about it and was looking for something to watch through Netflix. >~>
I was hoping to find a slice of life anime that was comedy, but Netflix doesn't seem to give too much information on that. So I had no idea which Animes had that ^~^

Haven't seen much. I've heard a ton about Soul Eater, FLCL, Fairy Tail, Higurashi, and Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Are any of them good?
My brother is watching Fairy Tail lately, and I've seen a bit of it. He loves it, but I'm not sure what I think of it.
Well, my brother loves the first season anyway. They change the voice actors of the English dub in the second season, which he recently got to. He finds them very off putting, and apparantly the recording quality was butchered too (he says it sounds like it was recorded with early 90's technology).

If you want a recommendation though, Full Metal Panic, or at least, Full Metal Panic Fumoffu!.
"Fumoffu!" is merely the all comedy filler series, and then the rest of it is the normal plot (two seasons worth).
I actually have only really watched Fumoffu!, but let me tell you - IT IS INSANELY HILARIOUS. Seriously. Nearly everything that happens gets a laugh out of me.
I'm greatly interested in the main story too though (which still has enough laughs in it, from what I have heard - gets pretty serious at the end though).
As for what the whole thing is about - A group of orphan teenagers work for the military (as mercenaries, if I recall correctly). One of these teenagers has spent so much time in the military, that his brain is essentially hardwired to think like a soldier all of the time, and he lacks social skills as a result. He is hired to bodyguard a school girl who is under the threat of being kidnapped by a dangerous organisation, and he is enrolled as a student of her school to do so. Because of his constant exposure to military practice, he causes a lot of a trouble in the school, and the town. The girl he bodyguards becomes friends with him soon enough, and she acts as a social mentor for him.
That's the gist of it from what I know, but it's really good from what I have seen, and I might watch most of it over the Christmas (it's not too long an anime, no more than 50 total episodes if I'm not mistaken. Definitely a lot less than 100).
And yes, there totally is a steamy romance plot that develops between the boy and the girl.... YOUR FAVOURITE
...And no, this has got nothing to do with "Full Metal Alchemist" (which is also great from what I saw of it).

Sword Art Online. Such a good anime. First season is the BEST both plot wise (cause it be simple and awesome) and action wise (epic boss battles).
Fairy Tail, I've watched up to the recent stuff. It's good, but for me I'm kinda dying out of it. I've decided to stop after the Grand Magic Games. Right now, kinda annoyed with it....
FMA: Brotherhood was awesome.
Wolf's Rain. Not exactly one of the best, but pretty okay. Very dark and depressing though. Especially the end.
DBZ. Ehh.....hated after Gohan beat Cell. Stopped when going into GT.

Oh god it's been so long since I've waited for this anime, since Febuary I've known about it.
Though I've been waiting for it to finish so I can watch the whole thing in a go, I just couldn't wait anymore and started to watch it.

I personally really enjoyed Higurashi's horror and Soul Eater's characters. Soul Eater is pretty much the only anime where I prefer the anime route over the original manga's route.
I think they're both good animes in general. Don't know about the rest though, since I haven't watched them.

I'll say what I think on Madoka.
Madoka Magica has an intresting story. Along side the intresting personalities of the characthers, the art is enjoyable. I would recommend it.

If everyone's voice in the english dub didn't suck (Besides Sayaka's which was epicly badass in the english dub) I would of payed attention and started watching it by now.

I'm usually fine with English dubs even when people say they suck. But I do usually prefer the original anyway. I just hope Madoka's English dub isn't that bad.
