I'm aware of that Sparx, but honestly wouldn't it be nice if at least just one female character can start decently strong at first just to be fair to the females? Careful Matteo I wouldn't want you to get in trouble with that and yes I thought the same thing too when she did that in her preview with the belly dancing. I was just like whoa .

I'm not trying to start a war, I'm just trying to make an observational point of view and to make sure it's corrected so one never needs to be started. I've already heard during an interview that they have trouble making female characters tough enough so young boys can have any interest in them and I figure if someone can resolve this issue, no one needs to get offended. It's like I say, "Sometimes a war can start with just one person taking a shot before looking for a peaceful solution." Well Sparx the truth is that some people really dislike Cynder and Sonicboom is just fine, I'm just pointing out some examples to help compare and contrast pros and cons with the different characters and I like some of the females we got in this game. In fact Hex is the first one I got with Drill Sergeant though in retrospect that may not have been the best choices to start with in the beginning due to them being weak at the start, but I still had fun with them.

It's all good I understand your point as well. I so glad that no one is upset and again another good point Zap. The old female characters sure have some amazing wow pow moves like Hex's skull buddy upgrade like geez is that powerful. I still wish Stealth Elf got a better Wow Pow than just some spin attack and yeah there are a lot of legendary females lately.

It's possible Sparx, if Spyro became Legendary, then so could Cynder and I think the blue and gold could really complement her looks.

I am disappointed with the lack of female Skylanders as well -- I like playing them as much as any girl might! D:< However, most of my favorites are females, so there probably won't be a lack of women on my portal anytime soon...

Anyway, I don't know how Ninjini can pull a chain. Not because she's a woman; because she's floating. I'd imagine that one would need to anchor themselves to the ground to pull an island. Does she levitate those, too? Credit to her for figuring it out.

Also the problem with Sonicboom is that whatever reason may be, most people sadly kept thinking she was a guy even though she clearly has hatchlings which should make it as clear as day. This is exactly why they need to make strong females and make them noticeably feminine so no one has to assume that a girl is a guy.

I find that they have had a tough time creating a female character.

Guys I had an odd conversation with my local TRU. I asked about wave 3. The guy told me something really weird about a supposed "Wave 3 A" and "Wave 3 B". I asked naturally if "wave 3 A" was 2.5 but just officially listed as 3, and he said no. I rattled off the known releases for wave 3, and he said I listed them all. So I asked, what then is "wave 3 B"? He told me they were releasing wave 3 as two parts.....I thought "whu??" Then he said that they were receiving another box I think later on the 23rd and he didn't know what was in it. Has anyone else heard this? Is it bs, or is this just confirming that friday release of figs and then the 23rd for the rest?

I find it disconcerting that we keep getting told hints about giants like Thumpy yet we STILL aren't really certain WHEN they're coming out! I'd hate for the same bs that happened with wave 1 + 2 happening again. It was REALLY annoying to miss wave 2 just because it was released faster than expected, and going around looking for a Hot Head was bad enough. Just wait, if they release Thumpy, or Eye Brawl, or Ninjini, if we don't get it right at that moment, they'll be off the shelves and up on ebay for $100+ faster than you can say ripoff!

might be just me, I like a few, but not all, I want some tomboy ones as a change.
(You have to admit, all the girl skylanders are girly in a way, well oviously not Sonic boom as you know)

Same, all of my top fave ones (except Sonic Boom) are males anyway, but I love a good female character to break it up a bit, and the fact I am a girl too.

I'm male but I like male and female characters I really like ninjini and chill , flashwing and sprocket!.. Some people say ninjini is weak at the begin and don't like her but prism break, warnado, and some others are weak at the beginning too! I don't think that's a reason to hate a skylander..

I know what you mean, (And I agree) but I did mention that I do like those ones to break it up a bit (Never said I didn't like them at all, there's just too many), but I want atleast a few tomboy ones, actually.. Sprocket might be the only one.

I want to know if wave 3 has an A and a B part!
Its kind of weird how they dont have any Giants When the game is called Skylanders Giants!

I love all female characters and I think they should do more of them because they are so fricking strong and cool and I just love them all.Sonic Bomm,Hex,Sprocket.....and I am so happy that they made a female giant but they should have done another one.
