How to clean and get rid of marks on a Skylander? [CLOSED]

I'm sorry if this is sorta stupid. I went to my local target and this was the last flashwing they had. I HAD TO GET IT EVEN THOUGH I DON'T HAVE GIANTS, YET. Here is a picture.

I haven't took it out yet but has anyone from past experience tried to scrub off this "blemish"? I'm worried that it will actually take off the paint making my OCD even worse. lol
Can anyone give me advice on what to do? Thanks!! (:
Also, if anyone has a similar question, please ask!

Maybe a little alcohol and a small cloth?

I'm not sure if it'll work on Trashwing (I don't like her much, hence the insulting nickname), but it's worth a shot.

Rofl I don't know why but when I first opened the thread I was like "that's not real. It's obviously done in paint" lol

Anyway if it doesn't come off you should nickname her brown noser.

Try using some "Magic Eraser", failing that use a cotton bud dipped in nail polish remover. If neither of those work just paint over the mark with white paint.

try nail polish removal on a piece of paper towl or cotton ball/platform. npr removies pernament marker with the figures paint is made out of. since purple is her main color it would clean off and go back to looking good as new again.

Are you sure it's a mark though?? It looks like scratched paint from what I can tell.... if so, you're better off just painting the scratch with white acrylic paint.

Acetone WILL STRIP PAINT OFF! so you don't want to use it on a painted surface.
Nail polish remover isn't as strong as 100% pure acetone but it will still smear paint pretty badly.

Mr. Clean magic erasers (don't know of any substitutes) are pretty good too, but the stronger ones can still remove paint.


Flashwing's face looks like the white paint on her face was scratched off showing the clear purple underneath. If that's the case then the only fix would be to paint over it.


Always test on a junk toy first!

My Flashwing had a similar mark like that on the side of her head. I just used a bit of white acrylic paint to cover it up and you can't see it now.

I have no clue how to help, but I actually have brown marks on both of my new portals. Any idea on how to take it off? Oh, and another thing, I just got my Lightcore Eruptor, Jet-Vac, and Drobot yesterday, but my new 3DS portal doesn't work with them. I know it isn't the figure, as they work with the Wii U version, so I tried summoning them with my old SSA portal, and it worked perfectly fine! Why would a portal have trouble reading three specific characters, yet work with all the others?

Sounds like the problem is with the new 3DS portal and not the figures... try changing out the batteries (even if they're new ones), maybe the portal has a small glitch or short in its connection otherwise??

I am positive that all of my lightcore figures read on my 3DS Giants game perfectly... but I don't have S:SA on 3DS, they might not register on there

That looks fake. You obviously used a paint program on the computer.

The black circle was made on a computer it's circling where the paint has gone there is a red line where the paint ran off now get glasses dumbass
