The preorders are set to ship on the 22nd, while the others are instock as we speak.

And remember to hit Refresh on that page all day long. They continually scan new stock (it's not a specific day or hour of the week), and an "out of stock" notice could be a shipping confirmation for you if you stay vigilant.

I don't see ANY of wave 3 on the site

Problem is the shipping. I hate shipping cost. I mailed a bubble envelope to Australia for less than TRU shipping a few days ago

I don't consider this a wave yet because it doesn't have any three packs.

The exception is Lightcore Shroomboom that should always be a single pack.

Please tell me that If I order the S2 Stealth Elf they won't send me a S2 Lightning Rod by mistake, because of the picture...

The people in the warehouse don't look at the website before packing the box. They get a stock number and put it in the box (the shipping printout that comes included, which has no images). The only way you would get it by mistake is if they put one in the wrong place in the warehouse when they stocked it.

Activision has said the 3 packs won't be for every figure like they were last time (with the exception of the one leftover, Whammy), so don't hold out for just those!!

Correct. Anything we get in the first part of January will also be wave 3, and so we still might see a giant. To be honest, Ninjini is pinging high on the probability list considering how many magics are still unreleased. They've finished half the other elements already. (Fire, Life, Earth, and Air)

^ Could be, but Thumpback and Eyebrawl are far more popular and I don't think they'd wait for BOTH of them to be the last Giants released... speculating is really pointless unless there's some facts from Acti behind it, so let's just wait and see...
