Can any of our TRU employees confirm after you get your shipment today as to whether or not any Giants will be included for the 12/23 release? I know we have a few reposes confirmed and everyone on here has their own opinion as to what might/should be included. However, before I head out to a store at midnight on Christmas weekend in HOPES of finding a new giant and end up with Eruptor just so it isnt a wasted trip, I was hoping to get any solid confirmation from those folks with more than an opinion.

Unlike most, I dont need pics. I have been lurking on here long enough to know who is trustworthy!

Also, do you think they'd say it here and not one of the 6 current threads with w3 info? Useless topic.

I have a couple of really solid sources spread out over the country. It appears that the 12/23 event will be giant less. TRU has given specific guidelines on the event and they do not include giants nor do any of the stores have them. I do believe that giants will be part of wave 3 eventually just not now and not for the TRU event.

We've confirmed other stores have w3 as well. Someone here bought them last night at best buy. Probly weren't supposed to be on the shelf but still confirms its not just tru.

I agree there was never any advertising that it was exclusive just that they would have the figures on those dates. The only hold notices we have seen specifically say TRU on them so anything being shipped else where is likely free of the pretend street dates.

It will be interesting to see if wave 3 giants pop up somewhere else before the beginning of the year.

Really not that specific...just normal.

As for using this thread - if something were to suddenly pop up I'm sure it would appear on a different thread. Most TRU employees aren't going to put in the most obvious topic - then you'll have people signing up to the forum just to ask "Which store do you work at, can you hold EVERYTHING!"

1) I meant Friday - sorry. I am off work tomorrow so today is my Friday - woohoo!
2) I posted this before reading the Best Buy thread so I was going off of everyone's opinion wave three was a TRU exclusive. I just wanted confirmation on the Giants so I don't leave the lake house if it isn't necessary.
3) Ironic you want to thread crap on what you deem as useless. Forgive me if this topic is more useless than your 6052 posts stating Hotdog is a Gamestop exclusive for a month. Funny thing is, the ad you continue to post says nothing about a Hotdog exclusive but only refers to the Scorpion Striker as exclusive. While I am not saying they will release a Hotdog single, it is possible.

Grow up, kiddo. When you become the end all/be all to what is pertinent to the other folks, then you can tell us all what is useless and what isn't. Until then, if you dont like it, move along.

Good point Nash - wasn't thinking about that. I live between a TRU, Best Buy and about 3 Wal-marts but the TRU employees are always the nicest/most informed. I am always super nice to them (and even help them on occasion) and sometimes they do the same. Unfortunately, I will be out of town tomorrow so I won't be able to ask about their shipment.
