Aye she's pops as "Legendary Stealth Elf" and does indeed have her Wow Pow

Like Bazinga said though >.>;; it's kinda silly - but she's still awesome! The gold/black color scheme works really well with her!

Yeah, all stealthy ninjas wear heavily contrasting navy blue and bright gold.
...what? She's still stealthier than Naruto.

Anyways, the new Legendaries of returning characters also happen to work in Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure as a normal version of themself, so your L-Stealth Elf will work in S:SA as a normal Stealth Elf, as well.
