I wouldn't count on that - my local Walmart still has at least two dozen "gummi" Drill Sergeants on display, as they have been for months.

They're probably doing this special to try to avoid still having GiTD Sonic Booms on the shelves in 2014 and beyond.


Whereas Target, at least for me locally, is doing it right. They've probably got hundreds of Granite Crushers, but they only put a few of them on display at the time to create the illusion of rarity.

Been to a few Walmarts, they are flooded with the GiTD Sonic Booms.
These particular stores have them stocked in the front area of the store with a ton of wave 2s.

Here's a picture I took of the Glow In the Dark Sonic Boom's at my local Walmart. All still there. Makes my GITD Sonic Boom not that special, especially since I waited about five hours outside in the cold during Black Friday specifically just to pick this up and the Legendary Stealth Elf at Toys R' Us, which is still fully-stocked as well.

Well mine has a lot out now too, the problem is they didn't have them out on black friday. Also, I am sure these will pick up in sales a bit after Christmas with all the kids getting it.

I just noticed that skylanders aren't really that popular at Walmart

Add Hot Head, then I'll go for that bundle!
