Thumpback in Slam Bam [CLOSED]

Why does his Slam Bam show up as Thumpback in the game? Possibly a factory defect but cool none the less.

If it is a factory defect then that's the first I have heard of the wrong chip being put into a skylander. But if it was a production error then this could be an indication that wave 3 is on the way, or at least being produced

It had happened in SSA, but it's the first I've heard for Giants.

Everyone wants wave 3 so bad they will take any sign as indicating it imminent. Honestly Slam Bam was part of wave one and out of production since before the US launch how could this possibly be a sign of wave 3? This is obviously an expert level hack where the majority of the figures data has been hacked and altered in package and not a factory error.

Except the figure had no previous owner. This means the character was either hacked or as dark suggested the video's owner just happened to buy two Slam Bam's and film this on the first time he used either of them.

I honestly don't care when wave 3 comes out. It'll happen when it happens. Just cause he was in wave one doesn't mean he wont be in future waves so it is plausible. Never said it was for sure a factory error either, thus the if

It would be more believe able if it was not on the Wii. That seems to be where all of the hacks are.

Well, I can't say about how long it takes to load but that's just me. however, the person places Thumpback on, which unlocks the heroic challenge. Then the new accolade pops up. They then switch to slam bam, and the accolade "box" is still up on screen. Then the elemental power box comes up.

It's not that each one is like double counting or anything, just that the thumpback's unlocks are still popping up. This has happened to me before when I was registering a few characters which is the only reason why I point it out.

Kinda weird though that there's nothing else registered. Maybe he started a new file and saw that the one slam was different in the store? Dunno.

He may have (If official) put him on the portal, and saw that it was a good deal (A Giant, for $9.99, only a different figure? Or he knows Thumpback isn't out yet.), and bought both.
