The giveaway has now finished and the winners have been chosen and verified. Congratulations to the winning participants who were TheSpyrofan12, numino, and kiz3000. Their prizes should be arriving towards the middle of next week.


The folks at iWantiWant.com are running a huge give away for anyone that pre-orders Wave 2 with them.

Anyone who pre-orders their Wave 2 figures online now will be entered into a draw to win the below bundle:

Which of the figures on their site are classed as Wave 2 and how many of them do you need to pre-order?

You only need to order 1 figure

Wave 2 figures are Hot Head, Sprocket, Flashwing, Lightcore Jet Vac and the new reposes.

Apparently anything that is available for pre-order will do, just one or more needed to enter (but still there's that £15 minimum for free delivery). The toys that are part of Wave 2 are:

iwiwant.com is the retail site of the wholesaler theinthing.com

i'm going to guess that independent retailers aren't the only ones that have been screwed over by the large overstocking of wave 1 and the very poor variation of figures in the wholesale boxes for wave 2.

add to this the fact that high street stores are selling wave 1 cheaper than the independent retailers can buy from the wholesalers which isn't helping ... looks like at least one wholesaler could be having an issue with a lot of stock sitting in their warehouse ?

Mine arrived!

I got Sprocket, Flashwing, Stump Smash, Sonic Boom, Bash, Hex, and the triple pack of Double Trouble, Gill Grunt and Flashwing.

Quite good!

I saw all the new Skylanders in ToysRus yesterday, all the big plushies, all mini plushies and keyrings. A legendary scooter, puzzles, smilie and smilie costumes AND magablocks! smilie
I could not get them though cause im waiting untill Christmas but smilie looks beautiful and the plushies are so cute!
