why dont they do promotions like this in UK !!

I can't find them in the Metropolitan NY area, so I sent in 16 envelopes. We'll see what happens.

I don't post alot of stuff but I have followed this forum for a long time for my kids, (also broke some new news). Anyway, We tried 2 tonight, the first won a Hot head,; it then says to wait 24 hours to enter another code. I used a different email on the second; however was not a winner. So losing tickets are out there! Kind of a bummer when you spend almost $7 on a bag of chips.

I got a winning code too, I live in Pennsylvania.

Just bought a bag last night. Probably less than 10% of the bags were promo bags. Had a big pic of hot head on the outside. Popped in my code a couple of minutes ago and this happened!

Anybody who mailed in for a free code get the email yet?

Do you have to go to Walmart for the bags or can you look in grocery stores as well?

I sent in four cards last Thursday, and I haven't gotten the emails yet either...

Lost on my 2nd bag/card. Had it for days and forgot to play till now.

Thank you. I was just about to post that same thing. It's amazing how, even in a single short thread of conversation, the wrong information will be disseminated, absorbed, believed, and re-posted.

BTW, the instructions for sending in for a code printed on the bag do not mention an envelope at all. Just a card. I'm filling out postcards now to request codes.

aw, don't feel bad, i've been there! i always had horrible luck in winning things. the closest i ever got to winning anything was where someone put 500 or so names on a wheel online and "spun" it. i was the guy RIGHT next to the guy that won the prize. good luck in the future!

Anyone here from the North Carolina and have had luck finding these bags? Been to two Wal-marts and two food lions and no luck so far.

I received my four codes today; only one of them was a winner. I was hoping for two so that I could give one to my little brother as a Christmas present...oh well; time to fill out a few more index cards, I suppose.

The thing says a winner every 10 mins. Maybe we gotta space it out more. My other 2 codes are goin in at like 3am lol

it seems like frito lay has a thing for bunching together winning prizes at the start of a promo, and leaving the people who are slower and buying the promos weeks later nothing. dunno if this is the case, but its been happening with the other promos.

Posted in other board and forgot this was the legit one. When you get your emails space em out. Only once every 10mins is the deal for the contest. I got 4 codes. Did the first 2 back to back at 3pm lost. Did one at midnight and one at 1am won both.

Also as I questioned elsewhere, do ya think there might be sparkle hotty's mixed in? That'd be amazing to win

I can't find the bags anymore at the 2 walmarts on my way to/from work. Seems like a one batch deal which makes sense since it was only a 20 day promo.

I live in Idaho and I went to Wal-Mart and bought 4 bags of the chips and entered all the codes (24 hrs apart- over 4 days) and won on all 4 codes

I mailed 4 cards in a few weeks back and still havent received any codes via email!!!

Lost twice now.....

Make sure to space em out. It's one every 10mins so give it at least 10 or 15 between entering.

Thanks for the advice. Based on that theory, though, it would make it more of a "race" to be the first to get in at each 10-minute interval, which I hope it's not. If you enter 1 loser at 3:30, there should still be the chance of your next code at 3:32 is a winner. But that would be a perfect scenario, which this is probably not.

That being said, I now have 1 winner out of 8 codes, with the winner coming at 6:50AM (EST). I still have 8 codes to go.

I mailed out for 4 codes, then they emailed the codes to me. I tried using each of the codes on different days. 3 out of 4 winners!
