If you look up all the voice actors you may be surprised by all of the semi-famous people behind the toons. From George Takei, John Kassir, Bobcat Goldthwait, Keven Sorbo, and even Dottie from Peewee's big adventure, etc.

Pop Fizz is actually voiced by Bobcat Goldthwait. Most recently he voiced Ed the spider in "Web Weirdos" of Adventure Time. He was also the voice of XL from Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. Here's a pretty cool stand up of him. Close your eyes and hear Pop Fizz tell you hilarious jokes.

Slam Bam is actually voiced by Fred Tatasciore, who voiced Magnus and Poseiden in Kid Icarus Uprising, and actually IS the voice of one of Ben's aliens- Cannonbolt.(And Ripjawas and Way Big) He also voiced Mannish Man the Minotaur on Adventure Time, plus Muscle Dad (Regular Show) and Hulk in almost all animated Marvel shows.

Swarm I don't think we know who voices him yet.

I agree with Calania- TFB or Activision or whoever really did a great job getting an all star voice acting cast for this game, which arguably makes the game that much better. Quite frankly though, I'm actually really surprised. In most other fandoms, it's pretty much a guarantee that someone will go to like Comic Con or some other con and get voice actors to sign things...but I've NEVER seen a single Skylander up for sale with their VA's signature on it. Arguably for some, like Patrick Warburton (Flynn) and Richard Horvitz (Kaos) they could just have them sign the game or something but STILL.

I also think that from the last time I heard Tree rex's voice (like, from the one from the toy fair) I always think of the line where Bruce from finding Nemo says: "that's good..." I know it's kinda weird, I had to put SOMETHING revelant to the topic.
