Wii glitch for number of Skylanders? [CLOSED]

Is anyone aware of a glitch in the Wii Giants game that only shows me having 29 total Skylanders but I have everyone one from Skylanders Adventures and all Wave 1 and part of Wave 2 for Giants? I've tried leveling them up, playing a heroic challenge, finishing a level and still they won't register to the Giants game in the collections screen. They show the ones I have and are registered as lit up characters and the others are shaded. Any ideas what to do to get them to appear in my collections screen?

Did you try claiming ownership of each one?

same problem occured in the first game
ACTI (clenches fist) said that there was nothing they could do smilie

It was on the right in Spyro's Adventure. In Giants, it is at the bottom.

Press the minus button and select "manage", then "take ownership".
