Was just in my Wal-mart and haven't seen this posted anywhere. The multiple bags of chips now have a new promotion on them. They are giving away Hot Head it says on the package 1 every 15 minutes. Apparently there is a code inside and you go online to see if you have won one. Also inside is a $15.00 coupon off the price of the Starter pack. This must be the rumored Holiday promotion we have heard about. Thought I would post it to keep everyone in the know. i wonder if the coupon will work while the Starter Kits are on sale at multiple retailers. Already got mine Thursday night, but for other people hope this helps. I am guessing that when this promotion ends we will see the new sidekick promotion probably about the same time as the last. Happy Hunting....and if you take advantage I hope everyone wins a Hot Head!

Have no pics, but go to Wal Mart and you will see the packs. They had quite a few a my Wal Mart. If I had needed Hot Head I would have bought one. you guys can all check, also I am a minister so I have no reason to troll or lie. It is real. I promise you. No high jinks here. Happy Hunting.

Sorry Johnny... if you didn't see, there was a huge scam about a so called "Wicked Thumpback" at Wal Mart... I think this promotion seems like something they would do, but we can only see if you provide an article or a picture or some form of proof.

Besides, I just went to Wal Mart and all they had was GiTD Sonic Boom. Not all Wal Marts will have it.

I don't really care for Hot Head...As a matter of fact, I thought the New Promotion was the Giants' Sidekicks....Say, wouldn't the Giants' Sidekicks be the size of a normal Skylander....Since Giants are twice the size (Give or take a few)

I'll be going back sometime time this week and I'll try to get pics. It really did happen they really do have the packs with this promotion for Hot Head and the $15.00 off coupon, and I was as surprised to see it as some of you seem to be. We had heard about a holiday promotion and I guess this must be it. I was disappointed though as I already have Hot Head and the Starter Packs for 3DS and Wii, and really love those two new sidekicks. I live in South Florida and these were at the Vero Beach Wal Mart. It's definitely strange that we haven't heard about it before it hit the shelves, but this store moves a lot of stock especially in the food section. I was there on Thursday Night and the bags were not on the chip shelves, but they were tonight, They are again those multiple packs like last time, but there were on the blue bags and I did not see the promo on the purple bags. I saw that weird "Wicked Thumpback" promo but that was a little out there. This is really legit and do you guys really think it's that far fetched? Why would I make something this lame up? I If I was going to fabricate a story about Skylanders promotions, it would certainly be more incredible than this. I think this promo is ok, but tons of people already have Hot Head and he is in and out of stock at Amazon and TRU on a daily basis almost. I believe Amazon has him right now in stock. I think they should have give us a special edition Hot Head or something exclusive. Very disappointing to me, but I can promise you I did see the bags and read about the promotion. I live about 15-20 miles away form my Wal Mart but will try to get pics,but you will see I am not lying. Like I said, think about it, it would be pretty lame to make us this weak of a promotion don't you think?

Sorry forgot to mention that this is the Frito Lay Promotion and not Wal Mart. All Wal Marts should have these bags of multiple chips they did last time. Just noticed I neglected to mention it was a new Frito Lay Promotion (sorry)

I never saw the Wicked Thumpback promo except on here and never bought it. I never saw that in store, but the Frito Lay promo chips bags are there. I am not lying. The Wicked Thumpback though I only saw on here at Dark Spyro. Had no idea what the guy was talking about and just ignore it but this you can check out. There should be a website for confirmation as the Packaging said there was a code inside to enter online to see if you have won a Hot Head. sorry for the Confusion, but I never heard of that Thumpback thing except on here.

I might just be gullible, but I kind of believe it. Is the promotion a Walmart exclusive though? I didn't see any Frito Lays with any promotion at my Target.

Didn't have the link Isaac343018s had to research it to find it, or I would have posted it first. Sorry about the confusion. Next time I' try to take pics as I now know that is what you all expect. No hard feelings though I can understand the doubt to an extent, but just be careful in the future of accusing too early. Here's the thing about "pics or it didn't happen" - Google search. When it's someone saying "I saw wave 3 but couldn't buy it and guy wouldn't let me get pics", it's appropriate. When it is something that you yourself can verify with a Google search, like say, a Frito-Lay promotion, then it's a borderline-troll thing to say.

Dude, it's the internet. It's sometimes hard to tell if people are lying or not because we can't see their face or hear the tone of their voice. This is why we have the rule, "Pics or it Didn't Happen". A lot of people on the internet lie. It's just instinct to call someone with a hard-to-believe story who lacks evidence a liar. Because sometimes, they're just lying to get attention. Some people trust too easily and believe them just because they said it. That was the case for Wicked Thumpback. The people who called him a liar turned out to be right. We're just making sure, and we're not punks. If you're gonna believe whatever someone says even if they don't have any evidence, I suggest you stay off the internet.
