I like that the Gnarly Red TreeRex is billed as unopened in condition and then listed as no packaging under packaging.

Yeah I agree it is a fair price for a normal tree rex. I have bought something from this seller before and he is usually pretty good about stuff. Maybe just needs to change the listing and description a bit.

I reported it and encourage others to do so. I just wish when you issue a report in EBay that there was an opportunity to write a sentence on why (i.e. item is not rare but normal, description is fraud).

Honestly, if you reported this then you need to report everyone who has a swarm or crusher or some other normal skylander as rare. I mean yeah, he should change the description on it but, it's not like he's charging 99.99 for it.

i believe the point is that swarm is swarm despite it saying rare. There is a difference between that and having a different variant all together. People getting the Swarm would be getting what they expected. This one does say Gnarly Tree Rex so that's what people will be expecting but not getting

Yeah, I guess a more common one that I see is the regular bouncer. I agree that that guy needs to change his description on that listing. I hate how some people are just out to make a quick buck off of the less knowing about this.
