I sent them an email before it shipped asking them if they could confirm that it'd be in a box and they said it was. It actually came in a box and everything, but it looked crushed at some point.

I went through this area and then selected it. It told me then that I wouldn't have to return it. I dunno if there's different rules or anything though. Maybe send them an email about it?

I was surprised because another part of the site had me uploading a picture. This one didn't though for whatever reason.

You'll have to return it. I went through a couple returns about a month ago.

Well they refunded the money already. I mean, I'd have returned it and all or whatever they wanted, but the thing popped up that said "This one is on us. You will not have to return this item for your refund", then I got the email later saying they've processed the refund and that it will show up on the card shortly.

That's pretty generous of them, maybe to do with the fact it was boxed and yet still damaged. I'm surprised they told you it was in a box, I asked the live chat guy when I was checking up about the tracking info whether mine was in an envelope or a box and he said he would be able to know.

If you do a return for something like this that's 1 per customer, does that mean when it becomes available again you are able to repurchase, or will the limit still apply?
