It's either Sonic Boom or Lightning Rod.......

I vote out Lightning Rod.

I think lightning rod is good but he's a little overpowered (on his thunder bolt path) and but i think it shis primary attack is okay but I think it should be a little stronger and his thunder bolt thing should be less powerful
