If you scroll down you will see the "Amazon" Link. Up until midnight last night, it did not work. I found out through other post that it was going to be up for sell on 11/11/12 so when I tried Amazon search at midnight, it did not work, I went back to the link (Listed above) and WHALLAAA!!!
It worked.
I was probable the first one to buy one today and when I woke up this morning there was still no post/search about this so that is why I did what I did. I hope you can forgive me.
I think it is funny that you all got really upset with me and yet I see alot of you buying at least 2 and then I see them on ebay for over $100.00. Yesterday there was only 1 listed for over $100. Now there is over 14 for over $100.

I did end the item once I found out that it was against ebay rules. It took me weeks (4 weeks to be exact) to find this link and thought I would help people out for a small fee instead of selling it like others are doing for over $100.00.

The problem is that double posting, while annoying, is not immoral. This guy was selling a link to a page for the purchase; a practice that, even if it wasnt against the rules, is still a scummy act. I mean come on people, would you charge someone to give them directions to get to Target? No, you'd be a horrible selfish person if you even thought about doing it.

If he really was just an innocent guy trying to help people he could have put it up for the lowest possible amount you can charge on Ebay or even said in the description "THIS IS FREE THE PRICE IS ONLY A PLACEHOLDER. PM ME." The fact that he was charging as much as a figure to give people the information reveals his intentions quite clearly.

Like I said in my other post: Until you all started @#&(*smilie% about it , there was no link out there that could be seached for (i.e. Google, Amazon,etc...). Thank You for spreading the link so now it is sold out. My job is done.

You were selling something that you had absolutely no right to sell. There are other ways to spread the word that doesn't involve making a profit.

You wouldn't have paid $20, you just said you found the link. All you had to do was order one... That is $10 not $20. It's not your "job" and you don't deserve compensation for it. We had links long before I posted this thread, or you tried to sell it. Scalpers won't be affected, it still sold out.

From your listing:

Csd, you need to learn what a scalper actually is, coz it sure as hell isn't those people who ordered 1 for their personal collection. Face it, you did the wrong thing trying to sell it for $10. It was greedy and selfish of you. In fact, I remember seeing it go from $5 starting bid up to $10 starting. The point is, the majority of people on this forum are quite outraged at your actions and will not forget it in a hurry, maybe even push for a ban because of it.

*cough* well, in other news:

I was one of those ones who was able to get it when it FIRST went up for sale, then got cancelled. (This was before it went up the second time when I think a lot of people were able to nab it)

I sent amazon a message who said that it was once again "placed on the site during an error". But they at least said they'd pass it onto the proper department. So, hopefully something will come from it and I'll be able to nab one.

Amazon should really just offer them up for sale. Like I said before, offer it up for regular retail and have the ones from the cloud patrol get a discount on it. No harm done to either party, everyone is happy and amazon makes a nice amount of money from people who want it. (read as: pretty much everyone)

Honestly, I get the whole be angry at Amazon for not making this able to search for it online. However, that doesn't make it any better to try and scalp them. Which appears to be the logic that this guy is/was using.

Hopefully you will get yours spyro, I would have been so mad if mine had got cancelled like that.
